【摘要】：當(dāng)前政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的重要任務(wù)是對當(dāng)代中國馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的重要理論成果進(jìn)行歸納和系統(tǒng)化,完善中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論體系。中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是當(dāng)代中國馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。其階段性定位是:在生產(chǎn)關(guān)系上屬于社會主義初級階段的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué);在生產(chǎn)力上屬于中等收入發(fā)展階段的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的主線應(yīng)該是鄧小平所指出的社會主義初級階段社會主義的本質(zhì)是解放和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力,消滅剝削,消除兩極分化,逐步達(dá)到共同富裕,并解決好人民日益增長的美好生活和不平衡不充分的發(fā)展之間的矛盾。其話語體系包括三個(gè)方面:一是馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)尤其是《資本論》提供的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)話語體系;二是中國特色社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)踐中創(chuàng)新的話語體系;三是批判地吸收世界成熟的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論。中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論創(chuàng)新尤其要關(guān)注十八屆三中全會通過的全面深化改革的決定體現(xiàn)的新進(jìn)展,以及十九大報(bào)告指出的要更加自覺地增強(qiáng)道路自信、理論自信、制度自信的新指示。其中包括:混合所有制中公有制為主體的實(shí)現(xiàn),市場決定資源配置條件下政府如何更好地發(fā)揮作用,非勞動要素按貢獻(xiàn)及供求參與收入分配條件下如何體現(xiàn)按勞分配為主體等重大理論問題。
[Abstract]:The important task of current political economics research is to sum up and systematize the important theoretical achievements of contemporary Chinese Marxist economics and to perfect the theoretical system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the political economy of Marxism in contemporary China. Its stage orientation is that it belongs to the political economy in the primary stage of socialism in terms of production relations and the political economy in the stage of middle income development in productive forces. The main line of constructing the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics should be that the essence of socialism in the primary stage of socialism pointed out by Deng Xiaoping is to liberate and develop productive forces, eliminate exploitation, eliminate polarization, and gradually achieve common prosperity. And solve the contradiction between the people's growing good life and unbalanced development. Its discourse system includes three aspects: one is the political economic discourse system provided by Marxist political economy, especially the one provided by Capital, the other is the innovative discourse system in the practice of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. The third is to critically absorb the world's mature economic theory. The innovation of the political economy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics should pay particular attention to the new progress reflected in the decision to comprehensively deepen reform adopted by the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which pointed out that the road confidence and theoretical self-confidence should be enhanced more consciously. A new directive of institutional confidence. These include: the realization of public ownership as the main body in mixed ownership, and how the government can play a better role under the conditions of resource allocation determined by the market. Under the conditions of contribution and supply and demand, how to embody the distribution according to work as the main theoretical problem.
