【摘要】：氣候變暖是當(dāng)今全面面臨的共同挑戰(zhàn),引起全世界人民的廣泛關(guān)注。隨之而來的,在各種國際氣候談判中,對(duì)碳減排問題的探討也甚囂塵上。我國作為二氧化碳排放大國,也自然而然受到了來自國際社會(huì)上的碳減排壓力。而實(shí)際上,我國作為一個(gè)對(duì)外貿(mào)易大國,貿(mào)易品中的隱含碳排放量也不可低估。本文旨在通過定量分析我國對(duì)貿(mào)易隱含碳排放量,分析對(duì)貿(mào)易對(duì)我國二氧化碳排放的影響,為我國貿(mào)易的調(diào)整和二氧化碳減排提供有益的啟發(fā)。本文主要包括以下幾方面內(nèi)容： 首先,在緒論部分主要探討文本研究背景和意義,在總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了本文的研究思路、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法等。其次,在對(duì)外貿(mào)易隱含碳理論基礎(chǔ)部分,主要對(duì)對(duì)外貿(mào)易隱含碳研究的緣起進(jìn)行了介紹,對(duì)隱含碳的概念進(jìn)行界定；并對(duì)現(xiàn)在對(duì)外貿(mào)易隱含碳測(cè)算中使用的方法投入產(chǎn)出法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹。 然后,文章分析了我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和我國二氧化碳排放強(qiáng)度這兩方面對(duì)我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易的高隱含碳排放。與此同時(shí),分析國際上方興未艾的碳減排措施對(duì)我國貿(mào)易隱含碳將要產(chǎn)生的影響。在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易隱含碳排放進(jìn)行定量的實(shí)證分析。利用投入產(chǎn)出法,計(jì)算我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口隱含碳的排放總量、對(duì)主要的隱含碳排放部門進(jìn)行著重分析。最后,提出我國發(fā)展對(duì)外貿(mào)易、同時(shí)兼顧碳減排的政策建議。這一部分結(jié)合我國的對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、能源消費(fèi)特點(diǎn)等,建議我國調(diào)整和優(yōu)化貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),更為有效地控制減排,提高減排效率,對(duì)于尋求發(fā)展對(duì)外貿(mào)易和減少二氧化碳排放的平衡點(diǎn),具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Global warming is a common challenge that people all over the world pay close attention to. Subsequently, in all kinds of international climate negotiations, the discussion of carbon emission reduction is also rampant. As a big country of carbon dioxide emission, China is naturally under pressure from the international community to reduce carbon emissions. In fact, as a large foreign trade country, the implied carbon emissions in trade products can not be underestimated. Through quantitative analysis of China's implied carbon emissions from trade and the impact of trade on China's carbon dioxide emissions, this paper aims to provide useful inspiration for the adjustment of China's trade and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions. This article mainly includes the following aspects: first, in the introduction part mainly discusses the text research background and the significance, has summarized the domestic and foreign existing research foundation, has proposed the research thought of this article. Research contents and methods. Secondly, in the theoretical basis of foreign trade implied carbon, the origin of the study of foreign trade implied carbon is introduced, and the concept of implied carbon is defined. And the method of input-output method used in the measurement of implicit carbon in foreign trade is introduced in detail. Then, the paper analyzes the development characteristics of China's foreign trade and the intensity of China's carbon dioxide emissions, which are two aspects of China's foreign trade high implied carbon emissions. At the same time, the paper analyzes the impact of the international carbon abatement measures on China's trade implied carbon. On the basis of qualitative analysis, quantitative empirical analysis of implied carbon emissions in China's foreign trade is carried out. By means of input-output method, the total amount of implied carbon emissions from China's foreign trade is calculated, and the main sectors of implied carbon emissions are analyzed emphatically. Finally, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions of developing foreign trade while taking account of carbon emission reduction. This part combines the characteristics of China's foreign trade development and energy consumption, and suggests that China adjust and optimize its trade structure, control emission reduction more effectively, and improve its efficiency. It is of great significance to seek the balance point of developing foreign trade and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
