產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理性分析與調(diào)整研究
[Abstract]:The theory and practice of economic development show that the industrial structure is intrinsically related to the stable development of the economy.The industrial structure is a dynamic structure.With the changes of technological progress, economic development, international economic environment and consumption concept, it needs to change correspondingly.When the industrial structure adapts to the changes of the above-mentioned factors, it is reasonable. The rationality analysis of industrial structure is an evaluation of the state of industrial structure. Because of the complexity of the economic system itself, we can not directly observe whether the industrial structure is reasonable. We need to apply scientific analysis to evaluate the rationality of industrial structure.
Based on the theory of industrial economics and the statistical data of many countries, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the analysis methods of the rationality of industrial structure by using the mathematical methods of multi-objective decision-making, statistics, fuzzy mathematics and comprehensive evaluation, improves the imperfect analysis methods, and puts forward some new analysis methods.
When the industrial structure is unreasonable, it is necessary to adjust it so as to make it more reasonable in order to maintain the stability and development of the economy. This is also the purpose of the analysis of the rationality of the industrial structure.
The traditional method is based on the economic growth theory to study the rationality analysis and adjustment of industrial structure.
The research contents of this thesis are as follows:
1. criteria for judging the rationality of industrial structure
There are many factors affecting the stability and development of the economy. We can not judge the rationality of the industrial structure only according to the stability and development of the economy. Under the traditional economic growth theory, people have established the benchmark of judging the proportion between industries and the correlation between industries. As the sustainable development theory gradually replaces the traditional economic growth theory, only these two benchmarks are insufficient. The two benchmarks for judging the rationality of industrial structure under the theory of sustainable development are perfected.
Analysis of proportional rationality between 2. industries
The analysis and Research on the rationality of inter-industry proportion includes three contents: first, the research on reference structure; second, the research on the measurement of the difference between industrial structure and reference structure; third, the research on the rules of rationality judgment.
Rationality analysis of inter-industry ratio needs reference structure. At present, the reference structure mainly includes demand structure and three industrial structure models. These two reference structures dynamically reflect reasonable inter-industry ratio.

For example, there are scientific aspects, but there are also deficiencies. Therefore, this article puts forward a new reference structure.

At present, there is still a lack of appropriate measurement methods for the differences between industrial structure and reference structure, so it is necessary to analyze the actual situation.
It is difficult to rationalize the industrial structure between rationality and irrationality when dealing with international problems.
In this paper, Hamming closeness degree is introduced to measure the difference between industrial structure and reference structure.
Based on the statistical data of several countries, the rule of reasonableness of industrial proportions has been established.
The rationality analysis of 3. industry relevance
The rationality analysis of industrial connection includes the rationality analysis of industrial technology connection and the integration of industrial exchange.
Rational analysis. At present, the industrial technology correlation analysis method only divides the industrial structure from the angle of material consumption.
Usually the technical level is described from two aspects: the level of material consumption and the level of labor productivity.
Therefore, this paper puts forward the relative labor productivity analysis method, which perfects the industrial technology correlation analysis method.
The main method of industrial exchange correlation analysis is variable coefficient method, which applies input-output model.
The technological matrix in this paper measures the scale of industrial exchange correlation, and according to the scale of industrial exchange correlation with economic growth
The size of industrial exchange relevancy depends on the water of social division of labor.
However, with the development of technology, the direct consumption coefficient of elements in the technical matrix will change.
This will affect the measurement of the related scale of industrial exchange, and the variable coefficient method does not eliminate the direct elimination of technological progress.
The influence of the dissipation coefficient may lead to wrong conclusions in the analysis of specific problems.
The direct consumption coefficient adjustment analysis method has made up for the deficiency of the method.
Analysis of 4. industrial structure affecting environment and natural resources utilization
Judgment criteria based on the impact of industrial structure on environment and the impact of industrial structure on the utilization of natural resources
According to the benchmark, this paper applies the green input-output model and the theory of environmental economics to establish the industrial structure.
Construct and use these indicators to measure the impact of environmental conditions and industrial structure on the use of natural resources.
Indicators set up an analysis method for the rationality of industrial structure.
5. industrial restructuring
With the application of modern control theory, the decision and control of industrial structure adjustment have been studied.
Inter-industry Proportional Adjustment Process Optimization Model and Industrial Structure Adjustment Process Control Model, and Application of Minimum Primitive
Mathematical models such as theory and nonlinear programming are discussed.
