IC創(chuàng)新網絡特征與知識創(chuàng)新績效關系研究

【摘要】：知識創(chuàng)新是國家的核心競爭力,也是企業(yè)獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的重要基礎。產業(yè)集群作為一種為創(chuàng)造競爭優(yōu)勢而形成的產業(yè)空間組織形式,它所具有的群體競爭優(yōu)勢和集聚發(fā)展的規(guī)模效益是其他形式無法比擬的。產業(yè)集群提供人們在集群中可以近距離的互動和交流,潛在促使群內的各類知識和信息廣泛的傳播和流通,從而激發(fā)創(chuàng)新的可能。因此,重點研究產業(yè)集群及其構成網絡特征對集群內各成員創(chuàng)新能力的提升顯得尤為重要。 本文基于產業(yè)集群視角,探討了產業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網絡特征與知識創(chuàng)新績效的關系。作者綜合考慮產業(yè)集群相關因素、企業(yè)知識獲取影響因素、企業(yè)吸收能力影響因素以及它們對企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)新的影響,從網絡的視角出發(fā),構建了“集群創(chuàng)新網絡—知識獲取—知識創(chuàng)新績效”的綜合概念模型。通過相關理論的學習,進而對概念模型中各個變量之間的關系進行了分析論述,提出了相應的研究假設。最后通過對所構建的研究模型進行充分的理論推演和論證的基礎上,利用調查問卷獲得的樣本數據,通過運用SPSS統(tǒng)計分析軟件,采用因子分析、回歸分析等多種統(tǒng)計分析方法,對研究模型中的各變量間的關系及相應的研究假設進行了實證檢驗。作者試圖全面揭示集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網絡特征、知識獲取、知識創(chuàng)新績效三者間的作用機理,并剖析產業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網絡環(huán)境中集群企業(yè)的知識創(chuàng)新績效形成差異化的具體原因。 經過實證檢驗,作者得到以下結論：第一,產業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網絡特征的差異決定了企業(yè)知識獲取效果；第二,集群企業(yè)知識獲取對企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)新績效有顯著影響；第三,企業(yè)自身吸收能力的調節(jié)作用不僅影響集群企業(yè)的知識獲取效果,還影響企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)新績效的形成。作者在以下兩個方面進行了嘗試性的理論創(chuàng)新：第一,構建了創(chuàng)新網絡特征—知識獲取—知識創(chuàng)新績效的綜合概念模型并進行了實證驗證；第二,從集群網絡視角揭示了集群企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)新績效形成的過程機制。
[Abstract]:Knowledge innovation is the core competitiveness of the country and an important basis for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. As a form of industrial spatial organization formed for the purpose of creating competitive advantage, industrial cluster has the advantage of group competition and the scale benefit of agglomeration development, which can not be compared with other forms. Industrial clusters provide people with close interaction and communication in the cluster, which potentially promote the wide dissemination and circulation of various kinds of knowledge and information in the cluster, thus stimulating the possibility of innovation. Therefore, it is very important to study the characteristics of industrial cluster and its network to enhance the innovation ability of each member in the cluster. Based on the perspective of industrial cluster, this paper discusses the relationship between the network characteristics of industrial cluster innovation and the performance of knowledge innovation. The author considers the related factors of industrial cluster, the influence factors of enterprise knowledge acquisition, the influence factor of enterprise absorptive ability and their influence on enterprise knowledge innovation from the angle of network. A comprehensive conceptual model of "cluster innovation network-knowledge acquisition-knowledge innovation performance" is constructed. Through the study of relevant theories, the relationship between the variables in the conceptual model is analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding research hypotheses are put forward. Finally, on the basis of theoretical deduction and argumentation of the research model, using the sample data obtained by questionnaire, using SPSS statistical analysis software, using factor analysis, regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods. The relationship between the variables in the research model and the corresponding research hypotheses are tested empirically. The author tries to reveal the mechanism of the innovation network characteristics, knowledge acquisition and knowledge innovation performance of cluster enterprises in an all-round way, and analyzes the specific reasons for the differentiation of knowledge innovation performance of cluster enterprises in the industrial cluster innovation network environment. After empirical test, the author draws the following conclusions: first, the differences of the characteristics of industrial cluster innovation network determine the effect of enterprise knowledge acquisition; second, cluster enterprise knowledge acquisition has a significant impact on enterprise knowledge innovation performance; third, The adjustment of the absorptive capacity of enterprises not only affects the knowledge acquisition effect of cluster enterprises, but also affects the formation of enterprise knowledge innovation performance. The author has carried on the tentative theoretical innovation in the following two aspects: first, has constructed the innovation network characteristic-the knowledge acquires-the knowledge innovation performance synthesis concept model and carried on the empirical verification; second, This paper reveals the process mechanism of the formation of knowledge innovation performance of cluster enterprises from the perspective of cluster network.
