【摘要】：能夠正確認(rèn)識(shí)和處理政府與市場的關(guān)系是當(dāng)今市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重大課題與要求。自從黨的十八大召開以來,習(xí)近平總書記以黨和國家的高度發(fā)展為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對政府與市場關(guān)系做了積極、深入的研究和探索,發(fā)表了重要講話,以及提出了一系列的不同觀點(diǎn)。這些新的看法符合當(dāng)今社會(huì)健康發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律,符合社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的基本要求,符合馬克思主義中國化的基本內(nèi)涵。論文從以下幾個(gè)方面對習(xí)近平關(guān)于認(rèn)識(shí)和處理政府與市場關(guān)系思想進(jìn)行了研究。緒論,探討習(xí)近平關(guān)于認(rèn)識(shí)和處理政府與市場關(guān)系思想的研究背景和意義。研究國內(nèi)外綜述、思路、方法。第一,分析了習(xí)近平關(guān)于認(rèn)識(shí)和處理政府與市場關(guān)系思想的時(shí)代背景。一是在我們中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài);二是中國改革進(jìn)入深水區(qū)和攻堅(jiān)期;三是我國仍處于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期。市場在資源配置中起決定性作用以及政府也要發(fā)揮更好的作用的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的時(shí)代背景下形成的。第二,闡述了習(xí)近平關(guān)于認(rèn)識(shí)和處理政府與市場關(guān)系思想的主要內(nèi)容。一是市場在資源配置中起決定性作用;二是更好發(fā)揮政府的作用;三是處理好政府與市場的關(guān)系。第三,概括了習(xí)近平關(guān)于認(rèn)識(shí)和處理政府與市場關(guān)系思想的主要特點(diǎn):一是將社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)理論與中國特色社會(huì)主義實(shí)踐相結(jié)合;二是把政府與市場關(guān)系理論與新的時(shí)代和實(shí)踐發(fā)展要求相結(jié)合;三是尊重市場規(guī)律與發(fā)揮社會(huì)主義制度優(yōu)勢相結(jié)合。第四,探討了習(xí)近平關(guān)于認(rèn)識(shí)和處理政府與市場關(guān)系思想的重大意義。一是豐富發(fā)展了社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)理論;二是保證經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的科學(xué)發(fā)展和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn);三是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展;四是有利于轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式。
[Abstract]:To be able to correctly understand and deal with the relationship between government and market is an important subject and requirement for the development of market economy. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), General Secretary Xi Jinping has taken the high development of the Party and the country as the starting point, made a positive, in-depth study and exploration of the relationship between the government and the market, delivered important speeches, and put forward a series of different viewpoints. These new views accord with the basic laws of the healthy development of the present society, the basic requirements of socialist construction and the basic connotation of Marxism in China. In this paper, Xi Jinping's thoughts on understanding and dealing with the relationship between government and market are studied from the following aspects. Introduction, this paper discusses the background and significance of Xi Jinping's research on understanding and dealing with the relationship between government and market. Research domestic and international summary, ideas, methods. First, this paper analyzes the background of Xi Jinping's thought of understanding and dealing with the relationship between government and market. One is that China's economic development has entered the new normal; the other is that China's reform has entered deep water areas and the period of attacking difficulties; and the third is that China is still in the period of strategic opportunities for economic development. The market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources and the government also wants to play a better role in the economic system reform. Secondly, this paper expounds the main contents of Xi Jinping's thoughts on understanding and dealing with the relationship between government and market. One is that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources, the other is to give play to the role of the government, and the third is to handle the relationship between the government and the market. Thirdly, it summarizes the main characteristics of Xi Jinping's thoughts on understanding and dealing with the relationship between government and market: firstly, it combines the theory of socialist market economy with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics; The second is to combine the theory of the relationship between the government and the market with the requirements of the development of the new era and practice, and the third is to respect the laws of the market and bring the advantages of the socialist system into full play. Fourthly, it discusses the great significance of Xi Jinping's thought on understanding and dealing with the relationship between government and market. One is to enrich and develop the theory of socialist market economy, the other is to ensure the scientific development of economy and society and the realization of strategic goal; third, to promote the sustained and healthy development of economic society; and fourth, to help to change the mode of economic development.
