【摘要】：時(shí)間偏好是跨期選擇行為研究中一個(gè)至關(guān)重要的依據(jù),19世紀(jì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家們通過(guò)對(duì)它的定性分析形成了一套系統(tǒng)的古典時(shí)間偏好理論。直到1937年薩繆爾森提出指數(shù)貼現(xiàn)模型并成為新古典時(shí)間偏好理論的核心技術(shù)手段,新古典時(shí)間偏好理論得以成為跨期選擇問(wèn)題的主流分析框架。但因其高度理性的假定,指數(shù)貼現(xiàn)模型也一直飽受詬病和質(zhì)疑,幾乎每一個(gè)關(guān)鍵假設(shè)都有系統(tǒng)的實(shí)證結(jié)果與之相悖。20世紀(jì)80年代行為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的興起,行為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家們肯定認(rèn)知偏差的存在并引入了貼現(xiàn)率遞減的雙曲線貼現(xiàn)模型完成了對(duì)許多市場(chǎng)異象的解釋,加之神經(jīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和神經(jīng)影像學(xué)的發(fā)展為時(shí)間偏好不一致提供了神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ),時(shí)間偏好的研究迎來(lái)了新篇章。文章將對(duì)這些研究成果進(jìn)行較為全面的回顧與評(píng)述,借以推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)時(shí)間偏好理論研究的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Time preference is a very important basis in the study of intertemporal choice behavior. Through the qualitative analysis of it, economists in the 19th century developed a systematic classical theory of time preference. Until Samuelson put forward the exponential discount model in 1937 and became the core technical means of the neo-classical time preference theory, the neo-classical time preference theory became the mainstream analysis frame of intertemporal choice problem. However, because of its highly rational assumption, the index discount model has been criticized and questioned. Almost every key hypothesis has systematic empirical results contrary to the rise of behavioral economics in the 1980s. Behavioral economists affirmed the existence of cognitive bias and introduced the hyperbolic discount model, which reduces the discount rate, to explain many market anomalies. In addition, the development of neuroeconomics and neuroimaging provides the neural basis for the inconsistency of time preference, and the study of time preference has ushered in a new chapter. In order to promote the development of domestic time preference theory, this paper reviews and comments on these research results.
