【摘要】：研究社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行規(guī)律應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持"一般"與"特殊"的兩分法,既要研究社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行中體現(xiàn)出來的現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)一般規(guī)律,更要運(yùn)用馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的立場觀點(diǎn)方法,從中國經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)階段的實(shí)際而不是某些教條出發(fā),進(jìn)行總結(jié)與概括,從而不斷彰顯中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)對于經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行規(guī)律的解釋力和話語優(yōu)勢。中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)關(guān)于社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行規(guī)律的研究進(jìn)展,主要體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行層次的劃分、微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行機(jī)理、微觀監(jiān)管必要性及其特征、中觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行特征、總供給與總需求平衡理論基礎(chǔ)、供給管理與需求管理,以及宏觀調(diào)控的特征、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、目標(biāo)及手段,宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)波動(dòng)等八個(gè)方面。本文是高等教育出版社出版的《中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)》"經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行"篇的概述。
[Abstract]:To study the law of the socialist market economy, we should adhere to the "general" and "special" dichotomy. We should not only study the general rule of the modern market economy, but also use the standpoint and method of Marx's political economy, from the reality of the current stage of China's economic operation, not some teaching. The article makes a summary and summary, so as to demonstrate the explanatory power and the discourse advantage of the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics to the law of economic operation. The research progress on the law of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics of socialist political economy, the division of the economic operation level and the operation of the microeconomy. The mechanism, the necessity and the characteristics of micro supervision, the characteristics of the middle economic operation, the theoretical basis of the balance of total supply and the total demand, the supply management and demand management, the characteristics of the macro regulation, the experience, the target and the means, the macroeconomic fluctuation, etc. This paper is the "socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics" published by the higher education and education press.
