【摘要】：近年來最受關(guān)注的話題之一是環(huán)境.在當(dāng)今世界,幾乎所有國(guó)家為將促進(jìn)貿(mào)易和外國(guó)直接投資發(fā)展作為的目的,他們幾乎失去了關(guān)注環(huán)境保護(hù)的概念。所以因此污染密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)會(huì)尋找一個(gè)“弱”或者不存在環(huán)境法規(guī)和相關(guān)規(guī)定的國(guó)家和地區(qū),即所謂的“污染避難所”來發(fā)展他們的行業(yè)。本論文想要提出的問題是:“是否FDI真正會(huì)影響東道國(guó)的環(huán)境?如果有影響,那么在哪些方面?“由于缺乏變量和測(cè)量誤差,幾乎沒有證據(jù)來支持所謂的PHH以及其于FDI的關(guān)系。本文將討論如何發(fā)展中國(guó)家在生產(chǎn)“臟貨”時(shí)具有比較優(yōu)勢(shì)(污染密集型商品),因此導(dǎo)致了這些國(guó)家吸引外國(guó)直接投資,這“無(wú)疑”會(huì)導(dǎo)致東道國(guó)將會(huì)創(chuàng)造污染避難所。本文將采用RCA方法(顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)),一向國(guó)際貿(mào)易中常用的研究方法,來比較兩個(gè)國(guó)家的行業(yè),在生產(chǎn)某些產(chǎn)品時(shí),關(guān)注哪一個(gè)會(huì)顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì),,然后觀察如果這就是它吸引了某些行業(yè)外國(guó)直接投資的原因。對(duì)比中國(guó)-美國(guó)進(jìn)出口的一籃子商品(家具,汽車,塑料,制藥設(shè)備,銅等)為例,看哪一個(gè)在生產(chǎn)骯臟商品具有優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。與此同時(shí),在本論文采用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方式采集時(shí)間系列數(shù)據(jù)來對(duì)中國(guó)吸引FDI和工業(yè)污染氣體排放做出相關(guān)的測(cè)試。在此之后,本文將試圖證明,由于這個(gè)原因是,中國(guó)吸引了某些行業(yè)(臟產(chǎn)業(yè))的外國(guó)直接投資在,正因?yàn)槿绱?它已經(jīng)污染了自己的環(huán)境。同時(shí)論文也將在這一領(lǐng)域作比較取得多年來SO2排放量,看到如果有任何與外國(guó)直接投資的直接或者間接的關(guān)系,或者只是在當(dāng)今世界很自然的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:One of the most popular topics of concern in recent years is the environment. In today's world, almost all countries have lost the concept of environmental protection for the purpose of promoting trade and foreign direct investment. So pollution-intensive industries are looking for countries and regions that are "weak" or do not have environmental laws and regulations, or so-called "pollution havens" to develop their industries. The question this thesis wants to raise is: "is FDI really going to affect the environment of the host country?" If so, in what ways? "in the absence of variables and measurement errors, there is little evidence to support the so-called PHH and its relationship to FDI. This article discusses how developing countries have a comparative advantage in producing "dirty goods" (pollution-intensive commodities, which have led them to attract foreign direct investment, which "no doubt" will lead host countries to create pollution havens. This paper will use the RCA method (indicative comparative advantage), a research method commonly used in international trade, to compare the industries of the two countries in the production of certain products. Focus on which shows a comparative advantage, and see if that's why it attracts FDI in some industries. Compare a basket of Chinese-American imports and exports (furniture, cars, plastics, pharmaceutical equipment, copper, etc.) to see which has advantages and disadvantages in producing dirty goods. At the same time, this paper uses econometrics to collect time series data to test China's attraction to FDI and industrial pollution gas emissions. After that, this article will try to prove that, for this reason, China has attracted foreign direct investment in certain industries (dirty industries), and because of this, it has polluted its own environment. At the same time, the paper will compare the SO2 emissions in this field for many years, and see if there is any direct or indirect relationship with FDI, or only a natural phenomenon in today's world.
