【摘要】：本文梳理了激進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的發(fā)展歷程,重點(diǎn)考察了2008年以來(lái)出現(xiàn)的主要的激進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)思想。2008年全球經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的爆發(fā)集中暴露了西方主流新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論缺陷和新自由主義經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的失效。包括后凱恩斯主義和馬克思主義在內(nèi)的、持不同立場(chǎng)的激進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家普遍認(rèn)為,金融市場(chǎng)的放松管制和金融工具的濫用是本次危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的重要原因,社會(huì)不平等加劇和由此帶來(lái)的消費(fèi)不足是危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的深層原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,堅(jiān)持利潤(rùn)率下降趨勢(shì)規(guī)律的馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家剖析了資本主義的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,指出資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)是不可避免的,僅僅依靠加強(qiáng)金融管制等措施只能延緩危機(jī),但不能徹底消除危機(jī)。
[Abstract]:This article combs the development course of radical economics, The global economic crisis in 2008 has exposed the theoretical defects of western mainstream neoclassical economics and the failure of neoliberal economic policies. Radical economists with different positions, including post-Keynesian and Marxist, generally believe that deregulation of financial markets and misuse of financial instruments are important reasons for the crisis. The deepening of social inequality and the resulting insufficient consumption are the deep causes of the crisis. On this basis, Marxist economists who adhere to the law of declining profit margins have analyzed the production process of capitalism, pointing out that the capitalist economic crisis is inevitable, and that merely relying on measures such as strengthening financial regulation can only delay the crisis. But the crisis cannot be completely eliminated.
