【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化實(shí)踐進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想也在不斷完善,不斷融入新的內(nèi)涵。農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,且具有基礎(chǔ)性和戰(zhàn)略性地位。農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)我國(guó)整個(gè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重要意義,對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體發(fā)展影響深遠(yuǎn)。如何更好地理解中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想,更好地踐行中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想,為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展提供更好的思想保障,推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化步伐加快,推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的逐步實(shí)現(xiàn),就成為我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段需要著力解決的問(wèn)題。正是基于此種原因,筆者選擇“中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想與實(shí)踐研究”作為研究課題。文章首先論述了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想在實(shí)踐中形成與發(fā)展的詳細(xì)過(guò)程,展示出中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想的形成與發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò)。然后總結(jié)和歸納出中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想的主要內(nèi)容,對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷屆主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人以及黨中央的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想進(jìn)行全面解讀。其次從與時(shí)俱進(jìn)不斷創(chuàng)新、來(lái)自實(shí)踐并指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐、用科技武裝農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)民、以市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作發(fā)展為導(dǎo)向、以全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)為原則五個(gè)方面分析中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的思想特征�；趯�(duì)中共農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想的內(nèi)在規(guī)律和特征的把握,文章提出中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化實(shí)踐的幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示:加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的頂層制度建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮農(nóng)民在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化中的主體作用,豐富農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化推進(jìn)形式。我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平是隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展特別是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展而不斷提高的。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化實(shí)踐中通過(guò)探索而形成的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化思想,是我國(guó)進(jìn)一步提高農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平的理論先導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of agricultural modernization in our country, the thought of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China is being perfected and integrated into new connotation. Agricultural modernization is an important part of China's modernization construction, and has a basic and strategic position. The realization of agricultural modernization is of great significance to the realization of the whole modernization construction of our country and has far-reaching influence on the overall development of our national economy. How to better understand the thought of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China, better practice the thought of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China, provide better ideological guarantee for the development of agricultural modernization of our country, and accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization. Promoting the gradual realization of coordinated development of urban and rural areas has become a problem that needs to be solved at the present stage of our country. It is for this reason that the author chooses the thought and practice of Agricultural Modernization of the Communist Party of China as the research subject. This paper first discusses the detailed process of the formation and development of the agricultural modernization thought of the Communist Party of China in practice, and shows the historical context of the formation and development of the agricultural modernization thought of the Communist Party of China. Then the main contents of the agricultural modernization thought of the Communist Party of China are summarized and summarized, and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China and the agricultural modernization thought of the Party Central Committee are comprehensively interpreted. Secondly, it analyzes the ideological characteristics of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China from five aspects: constantly innovating with the times, coming from practice and guiding practice, arming agriculture and peasants with science and technology, taking market operation and development as guidance, and taking overall coordination and sustainability as the principle. Based on the understanding of the inherent laws and characteristics of the CPC's thought of agricultural modernization, this paper puts forward some experiences and enlightenments of the CPC's agricultural modernization practice: strengthening the top-level system construction of agricultural modernization, Give full play to the main role of farmers in agricultural modernization, enrich the promotion of agricultural modernization. The level of agricultural modernization in China has been improved with the development of social economy, especially agricultural productivity. The thought of agricultural modernization formed by the Communist Party of China through exploration in the practice of agricultural modernization is the theoretical guide to further improve the level of agricultural modernization in China.
