【摘要】：當(dāng)前,紀(jì)念十月革命偉大勝利100周年,其中最值得挖掘的是蘇俄新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策與中國(guó)改革開放的關(guān)系。從某種角度說,中國(guó)的改革開放是對(duì)列寧新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的繼承與發(fā)展。但列寧的新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策為時(shí)短暫,只是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)馬克思主義理論的初試沖擊。我國(guó)的改革開放政策,則是對(duì)否定新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的斯大林模式的否定,是一種否定之否定。近40年的改革開放實(shí)踐,其內(nèi)容必然比新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策更為豐富、扎實(shí),并且以中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義新旗幟開拓了新時(shí)期社會(huì)主義發(fā)展的新模式、新途徑。
[Abstract]:At present, commemorating the great victory of the October revolution 100th anniversary, which is the most worthy of excavation is the relationship between the new economic policy of Soviet Russia and China's reform and opening up. From a certain point of view, China's reform and opening up is the inheritance and development of Lenin's new economic policy. But Lenin's new economic policy is short for a short time, only the first trial of the traditional Marx doctrine theory. The policy of reform and opening up in China is a negation of the Stalin model that negates the new economic policy. It is a negative negation.
