【摘要】：陳征是我國著名的馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、教育家。在他的學(xué)術(shù)生涯中,幾十年如一日,潛心研究《資本論》,堅(jiān)持不懈、盡心竭力投身于對(duì)《資本論》的教學(xué)、研究、傳播、運(yùn)用和發(fā)展。尤其是他在長期研究馬克思地租理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從社會(huì)主義城市土地的特殊性,以及改革開放的客觀實(shí)際情況出發(fā),探索并創(chuàng)建了社會(huì)主義城市地租理論體系,為馬克思地租理論的中國化做出了積極的貢獻(xiàn)。本文就陳征社會(huì)主義城市地租理論研究的特色與創(chuàng)新作初淺的分析。
[Abstract]:Chen Zheng is a famous Marxist economist and educator in China. In his academic career, he devoted himself to the study of Capital for decades, unremitting and devoted himself to the teaching, research, dissemination, application and development of Capital. In particular, on the basis of studying Marx's land rent theory for a long time and proceeding from the particularity of socialist urban land and the objective reality of reform and opening up, he explored and established a theoretical system of socialist urban land rent. It has made a positive contribution to the localization of Marx's land rent theory. This paper makes a preliminary analysis on the characteristics and innovation of Chen Zheng socialist urban land rent theory research.
