【摘要】：本文構(gòu)建一個包含金融成本落差的斯塔克博格模型,認(rèn)為FDI外溢效應(yīng)可能具有差別,是正向外溢還是攫取市場取決于東道國市場規(guī)模、人力資本及金融發(fā)展等條件�；谥袊�221個樣本城市1997-2014年數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)造面板數(shù)據(jù)多重門限回歸模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)金融發(fā)展、人力資本和市場規(guī)模是獲取FDI外溢的門限條件,其中金融發(fā)展不足制約著FDI外溢效果,具有單一門限效應(yīng);市場規(guī)模對FDI外溢具有階段性影響,當(dāng)市場規(guī)模低于或高于特定門限時,市場規(guī)模對FDI外溢會產(chǎn)生抑制作用。這意味著當(dāng)FDI過度集中時可能導(dǎo)致內(nèi)、外資企業(yè)競爭效應(yīng)加強(qiáng),降低FDI的正向溢出。新結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)倡導(dǎo)在欠發(fā)達(dá)國家發(fā)展時,不能只考慮與發(fā)達(dá)國家的差異,而要甄別經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),根據(jù)影響因素作用的階段性,提供差異化的政策。結(jié)合FDI外溢的門限條件,有效政府應(yīng)通過差別化引資政策,引導(dǎo)FDI流入高回報城市,促進(jìn)FDI外溢效應(yīng)提升。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we construct a Starkberg model which includes the difference of financial cost, and think that the spillover effect of FDI may be different, whether it is positive spillover or seizing market depends on the market size, human capital and financial development of the host country. Based on the data of 221 sample cities in China from 1997 to 2014, a multiple threshold regression model for panel data is constructed. It is found that financial development, human capital and market scale are the threshold conditions for obtaining FDI spillover, in which the underdevelopment of finance restricts the effect of FDI spillover and has a single threshold effect, and the market scale has a phased effect on FDI spillover. When the market size is below or above the specific threshold, the market size will restrain the FDI spillover. This means that when FDI concentration is excessive, the competitive effect of foreign firms will be strengthened and the positive spillover of FDI will be reduced. The new structural economics advocates that in the development of less developed countries, we should not only consider the differences with developed countries, but also identify the key links of economic development and provide differentiated policies according to the stages of influence factors. Combined with the threshold conditions of FDI spillover, the effective government should guide FDI into high-return cities through the policy of differential investment attracting, and promote the promotion of FDI spillover effect.
