【摘要】：迄今為止,政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)發(fā)展規(guī)律都是特定國家經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)動(dòng)過程所呈現(xiàn)的規(guī)律,因此,國家理論應(yīng)該是政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論體系的總前提和邏輯起點(diǎn)。本文首先對目前流行的國家理論進(jìn)行了思辨分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在西方的相關(guān)理論中,國家一般不直接承擔(dān)生產(chǎn)性功能或者只是有限地參與生產(chǎn),這不能很好地解釋我國國家的建立和現(xiàn)代中國的國家職能特征。其次,根據(jù)人類的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐演進(jìn),考察了我國早期國家的形成,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國國家的形成具有顯著的生產(chǎn)屬性,提出我國歷代政府的合法性,都是建立在發(fā)展生產(chǎn)、保障供給、合理分配、維護(hù)公平秩序的基礎(chǔ)之上的。再次,對指導(dǎo)我國現(xiàn)代發(fā)展的主要國家理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析,認(rèn)為現(xiàn)代中國的國家理論自成一體,國家經(jīng)濟(jì)功能也具有顯著的生產(chǎn)性特征。最后,認(rèn)為國家政權(quán)的建立和國家理論的確立是中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的首要條件,提出社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的敘述邏輯應(yīng)該從國家理論開始,然后按照生產(chǎn)、分配、交換、消費(fèi)的邏輯順序逐一進(jìn)行展開。
[Abstract]:So far, the law of social and economic development in the study of political economics is the law of the process of the specific national economic movement. Therefore, the state theory should be the general premise and logical starting point of the theoretical system of political economics. In general, the state does not directly undertake the productive function or only the limited participation in the production, which can not well explain the establishment of our country and the characteristics of the state function of modern China. Secondly, according to the evolution of human production practice, the formation of the early state of our country is inspected, and the formation of our country has significant production attributes. The legitimacy of the government of all dynasties in our country is based on the development of production, the guarantee of supply, the rational distribution and the maintenance of a fair order. Again, it summarizes and analyzes the main national theories that guide the development of our country, and thinks that the national theory of modern China has become one and the national economic function has significant productive characteristics. Finally, it is believed that the establishment of the state power and the establishment of the state theory are the primary conditions for the study of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The narrative logic of the socialist political economy should begin with the national theory, and then the logical sequence of production, distribution, exchange and consumption should be carried out one by one.
