【摘要】：馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是指導(dǎo)我國(guó)改革開放以及經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)思想。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入全面深化改革的新階段,持續(xù)推進(jìn)馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論的學(xué)習(xí),深化對(duì)以《資本論》為代表的馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)著作的思想的領(lǐng)會(huì),對(duì)于深刻認(rèn)識(shí)和領(lǐng)會(huì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵,不斷發(fā)展和完善中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制都具有重要意義。《資本論》以資本主義生產(chǎn)方式為研究對(duì)象,深刻闡釋了資本主義生產(chǎn)方式產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展和滅亡的規(guī)律,分析了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,揭示了資本主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的弊端�！顿Y本論》在揭示資本主義生產(chǎn)方式運(yùn)行規(guī)律過程中,闡述了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本思想,其中包括市場(chǎng)的涵義及功能、市場(chǎng)機(jī)制、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本特征以及市場(chǎng)的缺陷等。馬克思在剖析資本主義生產(chǎn)方式時(shí),也對(duì)未來社會(huì)的生產(chǎn)方式進(jìn)行了設(shè)想,提出了在未來共產(chǎn)主義社會(huì)實(shí)施計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)思想。《資本論》中關(guān)于未來共產(chǎn)主義社會(huì)實(shí)施的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)思想,主要包括計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)施條件、計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的特征、計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)越性和計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)質(zhì)等。馬克思主義關(guān)于未來社會(huì)的預(yù)測(cè),是在批判資本主義生產(chǎn)方式弊端過程中提出的,而未來社會(huì)實(shí)施的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)則具有保障生產(chǎn)和分配的有序性,滿足社會(huì)成員需要的有效性,遵循經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律的自覺性等優(yōu)勢(shì)�！顿Y本論》中有關(guān)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的思想闡釋具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段,發(fā)展和完善中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)具有客觀必然性。發(fā)展和不斷完善中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),目的是大力提高社會(huì)主義社會(huì)的生產(chǎn)力水平,并為最終向發(fā)達(dá)的社會(huì)主義乃至共產(chǎn)主義社會(huì)過渡準(zhǔn)備物質(zhì)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前現(xiàn)實(shí)的社會(huì)主義不具備實(shí)行計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的條件,盡管計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)具有優(yōu)越性,但是不顧條件的實(shí)施只能帶來嚴(yán)重弊端。當(dāng)前,在發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)過程中,必須建立和完善宏觀調(diào)控體系,以彌補(bǔ)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的消極作用,而計(jì)劃的調(diào)節(jié)應(yīng)當(dāng)有合理的時(shí)空邊界。
[Abstract]:Marxist political economy is the guiding ideology to guide China's reform and opening up and economic construction. At present, our country has entered a new stage of comprehensively deepening reform, continuously advancing the study of Marxist political economy theory, and deepening our understanding of the ideas of Marxist economic works represented by "Capital". It is of great significance to deeply understand and understand the connotation of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and to continuously develop and perfect the system of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. This paper deeply explains the law of the emergence, development and extinction of the capitalist mode of production, analyzes the operating mechanism of the market economy, and reveals the malpractice of the capitalist market economy. This paper expounds the basic ideas of the market economy, including the meaning and function of the market, the mechanism of the market, the basic characteristics of the market economy and the defects of the market. When Marx analyzed the capitalist mode of production, he also conceived the mode of production in the future society. This paper puts forward the idea of implementing the planned economy in the future communist society. The planned economy thought of the future communist society in the "Capital" mainly includes the conditions for the implementation of the planned economy and the characteristics of the planned economy. The superiority of planned economy and the essence of planned economy etc. Marxism's prediction of the future society was put forward in the process of criticizing the malpractice of the capitalist mode of production, while the planned economy implemented in the future society has the effect of ensuring the orderly production and distribution and satisfying the needs of the members of the society. It is of great practical significance to explain the ideas of market economy and planned economy in Capital. At present, our country is in the primary stage of socialism, it is inevitable to develop and perfect the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. The purpose of developing and perfecting the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is to improve the productivity level of the socialist society and prepare the material and technical basis for the final transition to the developed socialism and even the communist society. Current socialism does not have the condition of carrying out planned economy, although planned economy has superiority, but regardless of condition implement can bring serious malpractice only. At present, in the process of developing socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, we must establish and perfect the macro-control system in order to make up for the negative effect of market economy, and the planned regulation should have reasonable time and space boundary.
