文章摘要：20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),隨著全球化的不斷深入和信息通訊技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,作為高端服務(wù)主要組成的服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)正急速膨脹,成為當(dāng)前國(guó)際分工協(xié)作和國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的一種新形式。目前,從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度分析服務(wù)外包現(xiàn)象雖然有多種視角,但是整體缺乏對(duì)服務(wù)外包與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論內(nèi)在聯(lián)系的系統(tǒng)研究,運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論分析服務(wù)外包現(xiàn)象的適用性問(wèn)題尚需進(jìn)一步探討。其中,從規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的角度解釋服務(wù)外包現(xiàn)象已不能局限在傳統(tǒng)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)理論上,因?yàn)槠溥m用前提和當(dāng)今現(xiàn)實(shí)差距甚遠(yuǎn)。因此,文章從現(xiàn)代規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)理論視角出發(fā)闡述服務(wù)外包發(fā)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)機(jī)理,以求彌補(bǔ)理論分析的不足。

Abstr：Since the 1990s, with the deepening of globalization and the rapid development of information and communication technology, service outsourcing industry as a major component of high-end services is rapidly expanding into a new form of the international division of labor and the international industrial transfer. Currently, although there are a variety of perspectives of analyzing service outsourcing phenomenon from an economic point of view, the overall lack of inherent systematic study of service outsourcing and e- conomics and analysis of the applicability of service outsourcing phenomenon through the use of economic theory still need to be further explored. Among them, explaining service outsourcing phenomenon from the angle of scale-economic theory is not confined to the traditional scale-economic theory, because the premise is far removed from reality. Therefore, this article attempts to elaborate economic mechanism of service outsourcing from the perspective of modern scale-economy theory in order to compensate for lack of theoretical analysis.
