【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)是習(xí)近平經(jīng)濟(jì)思想中的重要理論判斷,也是今后我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大邏輯。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),既是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際環(huán)境發(fā)生深刻變化的重要體現(xiàn),也是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的階段性特點(diǎn)和戰(zhàn)略性抉擇。新常態(tài)下中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期內(nèi)將保持中高速的趕超型增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)換增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制,引領(lǐng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)成功跨越"中等收入陷阱"階段,繼續(xù)邁向高收入經(jīng)濟(jì)體。經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)及其新趕超型增長(zhǎng),超越了傳統(tǒng)的線性經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論,揭示了后趕超型經(jīng)濟(jì)體的總量趕超與結(jié)構(gòu)趕超的二元特征和二次趕超的內(nèi)在屬性。經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論尤其是趕超型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論和實(shí)踐具有重要的創(chuàng)新價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The new normal state of economy is an important theoretical judgment in Xi Jinping's economic thought, and it is also the great logic of China's economic development in the future. The new normal state of China's economy is an important embodiment of the profound changes in the international environment of China's economy. It is also the stage feature and strategic choice of China's economic development. Under the new normal state, China's economy will maintain a medium and high speed trend of catching up with and surpassing growth in the long term, by changing the growth motive mechanism. Leading China's economy successfully through the "middle-income trap" phase and continuing to move towards high-income economies. The new normal economy and its new catch-up growth go beyond the traditional linear economic growth theory. This paper reveals the dualistic characteristics of the total volume and structure of the post-catch-up economy and the inherent attributes of the secondary catch-up. The new normal economy has important innovative value for the theory and practice of economic growth, especially for the theory and practice of the economic development of the catch-up type.
