現(xiàn)代知識觀念下理論與實踐關(guān)系探討

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是知識經(jīng)濟的時代,培根曾經(jīng)說過“知識就是力量”,關(guān)于知識管理的研究在學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界引發(fā)了廣泛的關(guān)注,學(xué)者們和經(jīng)理人不斷的在知識管理理論和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域進行著深入的研究,使得知識管理的理論和實踐都非常豐富,不僅如此,知識管理的研究成果在解釋理論和實踐關(guān)系中也有其獨特的作用,,傳統(tǒng)理論與實踐關(guān)系的研究往往產(chǎn)生于哲學(xué)領(lǐng)域,許多哲學(xué)家對此都做出了自己的研究,但是從知識角度進行研究的就非常少。理論從本質(zhì)上講是系統(tǒng)化的知識,因此論述理論與實踐的關(guān)系,實際上就是理論所包含的知識與實踐之間的關(guān)系。知識發(fā)酵模型是借助仿生學(xué)的原理發(fā)現(xiàn)知識演化的過程與生物發(fā)酵的過程非常類似而提出的,它對于研究知識分享、擴散和創(chuàng)新的研究有積極的意義,論文借助知識發(fā)酵模型對理論與實踐的關(guān)系進行了分析,闡述了理論來自于實踐以及實踐檢驗理論的內(nèi)在機理。日本學(xué)者野中郁次郎提出的SECI模型對于分析顯性知識與隱性知識的轉(zhuǎn)化具有積極的作用,同時也被學(xué)者們應(yīng)用于顯性知識和隱性知識的研究中,論文借助SECI模型研究了實踐對于理論所包含的顯隱性知識轉(zhuǎn)化的作用,提出了實踐是獲取隱性知識的重要手段等結(jié)論。此外,論文提出了思考的原理,找到了理論與實踐相互影響的路徑。最后,論文分析了管理學(xué)理論的發(fā)展歷程,對管理學(xué)理論與實踐的關(guān)系進行了探討,并通過對天津大學(xué)工商管理專業(yè)改革中學(xué)生的實習(xí)活動進行了總結(jié),得到了實踐與理論的一些關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the era of knowledge economy, Bacon once said that "knowledge is power", and the research on knowledge management has aroused widespread concern in academia and business circles. Scholars and managers continue to carry out in-depth research in the field of knowledge management theory and application, which makes the theory and practice of knowledge management very rich, not only that, The research results of knowledge management also play a unique role in explaining the relationship between theory and practice. The study of the relationship between traditional theory and practice often comes from the field of philosophy, and many philosophers have made their own research on it. But there is very little research from the perspective of knowledge. Theory is essentially systematic knowledge, so the relationship between theory and practice is discussed. In fact, it is the relationship between knowledge and practice contained in theory. The model of knowledge fermentation is proposed by means of the principle of bionics to find that the process of knowledge evolution is very similar to the process of biological fermentation, which is useful for the study of knowledge sharing. The research on diffusion and innovation is of positive significance. The relationship between theory and practice is analyzed by means of knowledge fermentation model. This paper expounds that the theory comes from practice and the internal mechanism of the theory of practice test. The SECI model proposed by Japanese scholar Yujiro Nozochiro plays an active role in analyzing the transformation of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. At the same time, it is also applied to the research of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge by scholars. This paper studies the role of practice in transforming explicit tacit knowledge in theory with the help of SECI model. The conclusion is that practice is an important means to acquire tacit knowledge. In addition, the paper puts forward the principle of thinking and finds the path of interaction between theory and practice. Finally, the paper analyzes the development course of management theory. This paper probes into the relationship between management theory and practice, and summarizes the practice activities of middle school students in the reform of business administration major in Tianjin University, and obtains some relations between practice and theory.
