【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟不斷融入世界經(jīng)濟，有關競爭力的研究在我國政府、產(chǎn)業(yè)界和學術界中已引起更廣泛的重視。本文主要是在對國際競爭力一般性理論和方法問題研究的基礎上，從研究狀況和現(xiàn)實需要出發(fā)，選擇產(chǎn)業(yè)層次的競爭力問題進行重點分析。本文在研究競爭力問題時提出了一種全新的系統(tǒng)分析模式，從競爭力的基本概念和內涵出發(fā)，以競爭力經(jīng)濟學理論為依據(jù)，構建競爭力的評價指標體系和評價方法，并開展應用。本文的研究內容分為五部分。 第一部分(第2章)是對有關國際競爭力研究的綜述，詳述了研究機構和學者們關于國際競爭力的概念和爭論，并從本文研究目的出發(fā)，對國際競爭力概念進行了界定，給出了描述性定義。 第二部分(第3章)分析了競爭力的經(jīng)濟學基礎，提出競爭力實質上是一個經(jīng)濟問題，經(jīng)濟學完全能解釋競爭力。按照經(jīng)濟學體系來形成對競爭力理論來源的分析框架，經(jīng)濟學的各個分支都能很好地解釋競爭力的來源。進入知識經(jīng)濟時代后競爭力理論又有了新的發(fā)展，出現(xiàn)了新的國際競爭力模式。其后提出了發(fā)展中國家在知識經(jīng)濟時代提高競爭力的基本途徑。 第三部分(第4章)主要明確產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力研究的目的和意義、研究對象的界定、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力研究的地位、研究的理論框架，分析決定產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的兩類因素和競爭優(yōu)勢的持久性問題。最后建立了產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力評價指標體系。 第四部分(第5章)主要是歸納總結評價競爭力評價的五種基本方法。從分析競爭的結果出發(fā)，可以采取指標綜合評價法、競爭結果評價法(顯示性指標法)等，從分析決定和影響競爭力的原因著手，可以采取影響因素剖析法、全要素生產(chǎn)率模型法和標桿法。其中尤以標桿法中的數(shù)量方法——DEA法和OCRA方法作為重點。把“有效生產(chǎn)前沿面”和全要素生產(chǎn)率方法引入到對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的評價上，，這是本文在探索研究產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的數(shù)量分析方法方面的一次嘗試。 第五部分(第6章)是結合實際工作的需要進行的初步實證研究。在對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的理論和研究方法進行總結和探討之后，對汽車、石油和化工產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力狀況進行了初步的評價研究。主要運用指標綜合評價法和標桿法來進行汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的實證研究。運用標桿法中的OCRA方法對我國石化和化工產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力狀況進行了綜合評價，是運用數(shù)量分析方法于行業(yè)競爭力研究的嘗試，也是對這些方法的一個檢驗。
[Abstract]:With China's economic integration into the world economy, the research on competitiveness has attracted more and more attention in China's government, industry and academia. This paper is mainly based on the study of general theories and methods of international competitiveness. From the point of view of the research situation and the realistic needs, this paper chooses the competitiveness problem at the industry level to carry on the emphases analysis. This paper puts forward a brand-new system analysis mode when studying the competitiveness problem, starting from the basic concept and the connotation of the competitiveness. Based on the theory of competitive economics, the evaluation index system and evaluation method of competitiveness are constructed and applied. The research content of this paper is divided into five parts. The first part (Chapter 2) is a summary of the research on international competitiveness, including the concepts and arguments about international competitiveness of research institutions and scholars, and defines the concept of international competitiveness from the point of view of the purpose of this paper. A descriptive definition is given. The second part (Chapter 3) analyzes the economic basis of competitiveness, and points out that competitiveness is essentially an economic problem, and economics can completely explain competitiveness. Each branch of economics can explain the source of competitiveness very well. After entering the era of knowledge economy, the theory of competitiveness has made a new development. A new mode of international competitiveness has emerged, and the basic ways for developing countries to improve their competitiveness in the era of knowledge economy have been put forward. The third part (Chapter 4) mainly clarifies the purpose and significance of the research on the international competitiveness of industry, the definition of the research object, the position of the research on the industrial competitiveness, the theoretical framework of the research. This paper analyzes the two kinds of factors that determine the industrial competitiveness and the persistence of the competitive advantage. Finally, the evaluation index system of the industrial international competitiveness is established. Part 4th (Chapter 5) mainly summarizes five basic methods of evaluating competitiveness. From the analysis of the results of competition, we can adopt comprehensive evaluation method of index, evaluation method of competitive result (indicative index method), etc. Starting with the analysis of the reasons for deciding and influencing competitiveness, we can adopt the analytical method of influencing factors. Total factor productivity model method and benchmarking method, especially the quantitative method in benchmarking method, DEA method and OCRA method, are introduced into the evaluation of industrial competitiveness by "effective production Frontier" and Total Factor Productivity (TFP) method. This is an attempt in this paper to explore quantitative analysis methods of industrial competitiveness. Part 5th (Chapter 6) is a preliminary empirical study based on the needs of practical work. After summarizing and discussing the theory and research methods of industrial competitiveness, The competitiveness of petroleum and chemical industry has been preliminarily evaluated and studied. The comprehensive evaluation method and benchmarking method are mainly used to carry out the empirical research on the competitiveness of automobile industry. The OCRA method of benchmarking method is applied to the petrochemical industry in China. And the international competitiveness of the chemical industry. It is an attempt to use quantitative analysis method in the research of industry competitiveness, and it is also a test of these methods.
