幸福維度下最優(yōu)城市規(guī)模的經濟學探討

【摘要】:幸福是人類不懈努力的永恒追求,將幸福納入經濟學研究,作為經濟生活中重要的參考指標、發(fā)展方向或約束因子,有其無可取代的意義。 然而,近年來規(guī)模浩大的城市化進程并沒有加速居民幸福感的提升,也沒有對居民的滿意度和幸福感給予應有的重視。有基于此,本文運用文獻研究法、定性分析法及實證分析法考察了幸福維度下的最優(yōu)城市規(guī)模,主要從以下幾個方面展開: 首先,由于直接相關的文獻數(shù)量極其有限,本文擴大范圍,對主觀幸福感以及最優(yōu)城市規(guī)模兩大主題的相關文獻分別進行了系統(tǒng)的整理和綜述。在文獻梳理的基礎上,本文界定了幸福感的含義及影響因素、城市規(guī)模的衡量及劃分標準,并探索性地加入中間影響因素,構建了城市規(guī)模對居民幸福感的影響機制模型。 其次,采用問卷調查數(shù)據與統(tǒng)計年鑒數(shù)據匯總而成的2011年截面數(shù)據,對130個樣本城市的居民幸福感與城市規(guī)模的關系、引入中間變量后兩者之間的關系進行了定量研究。結果發(fā)現(xiàn)城市規(guī)模與居民幸福感兩者之間不存在直接的線性關系或倒U形關系,但是人均收入、政府財政支出、圖書擁有量、教育機會和交通狀況五個中間變量能夠幫助建立相應路徑中城市規(guī)模與居民主觀幸福感兩者之間的倒U形關系,進而計算得出幸福維度下的最優(yōu)城市規(guī)模。 最后,在對論文進行歸納總結的基礎上,反思我國城市化進程。根據相應的實證結果提出三條政策建議:以居民幸福最大化為原則,控制適度城市規(guī)模;以城市特點個性化為方向,尋求幸福提升契機;以資源利用集約化為底線,共建綠色幸福城市。同時還分析了本文的創(chuàng)新與不足之處,對具有研究價值且可行性高的未來研究方向作了說明和展望。
[Abstract]:Happiness is the eternal pursuit of human unremitting efforts. It is of irreplaceable significance to bring happiness into the study of economics as an important reference index development direction or constraint factor in economic life. However, the large-scale urbanization in recent years has not accelerated the improvement of residents' well-being, nor has it paid due attention to the residents' satisfaction and well-being. Based on this, this paper uses literature research method, qualitative analysis method and empirical analysis method to investigate the optimal urban scale in the dimension of happiness, mainly from the following aspects: first, because of the extremely limited number of directly related documents, This paper expands the scope of subjective well-being and the optimal urban scale of the two major topics of the relevant literature are systematically collated and summarized. On the basis of literature review, this paper defines the meaning of well-being and its influencing factors, measures and classifies the standard of urban scale, and adds the intermediate influencing factors to construct the model of the influence mechanism of urban scale on residents' well-being. Secondly, using the data of questionnaire survey and statistical yearbook, the relationship between the well-being of 130 sample cities and the scale of the city is studied quantitatively. After introducing the intermediate variables, the relationship between the two is studied quantitatively. The results showed that there was no direct linear or inverted U-shape relationship between urban size and residents' well-being, but per capita income, government expenditure, book ownership, The five intermediate variables of educational opportunity and traffic condition can help to establish the inverted U-shape relationship between the urban scale and the subjective well-being of the residents in the corresponding path, and then calculate the optimal urban scale under the happiness dimension. Finally, on the basis of summing up the thesis, we reflect on the process of urbanization in China. According to the corresponding empirical results three policy recommendations are put forward: to maximize the well-being of the residents to control the moderate scale of the city to seek the opportunity to promote happiness in the direction of individualization of the characteristics of the city; In order to use resources intensive for the bottom line, build a green and happy city. At the same time, the innovation and deficiency of this paper are analyzed, and the future research direction with research value and high feasibility is explained and prospected.
