海西龍門(mén)物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策分析

【摘要】:物流業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,是支撐商貿(mào)流通業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)型產(chǎn)業(yè),現(xiàn)階段物流業(yè)發(fā)展水平的高低已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)綜合核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的重要指標(biāo)。論文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)物流園區(qū)個(gè)案——海西龍門(mén)物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展規(guī)劃的研究,對(duì)今后物流園區(qū)專(zhuān)業(yè)化、集聚化發(fā)展提供新對(duì)策和思路。 論文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地調(diào)研、定量與定性等研究方法,從國(guó)內(nèi)外物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚實(shí)踐動(dòng)態(tài)入手,吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外成功物流園區(qū)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)與海西龍門(mén)物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析得出目前海西龍門(mén)物流園區(qū)在產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚方面主要存在內(nèi)外兩方面問(wèn)題。外部問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)在土地資源稀缺,征地成本不斷攀升以及宣傳力度不足,缺少品牌效應(yīng);內(nèi)部問(wèn)題主要表現(xiàn)在管理機(jī)構(gòu)級(jí)別低,體制不順,難以協(xié)調(diào)以及園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展定位不清晰、規(guī)劃缺乏長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)考慮,難以適應(yīng)周邊環(huán)境的不斷調(diào)整等方面。 此外,還通過(guò)和周邊園區(qū)的績(jī)效對(duì)比,找出海西龍門(mén)物流園區(qū)與其他典型園區(qū)的差異性,就如何發(fā)揮海西龍門(mén)物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng),解決當(dāng)前園區(qū)發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的諸如資金、土地、規(guī)劃等瓶頸,將產(chǎn)業(yè)觸角往周邊區(qū)域延伸,形成區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)凝聚力進(jìn)行了深入研究,提出了更加切實(shí)有效的園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚策略。一是加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),提升園區(qū)管理機(jī)構(gòu)級(jí)別;二是與時(shí)俱進(jìn),,明確產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展定位;三是縱深方向拓寬物流園區(qū)發(fā)展布局;四是實(shí)施專(zhuān)業(yè)化、規(guī)模化的品牌戰(zhàn)略;五是軟硬環(huán)境著手,繼續(xù)筑巢引鳳。
[Abstract]:The logistics industry is an important part of the national economy and a basic industry supporting the development of trade and circulation industry and modern manufacturing industry. At present, the development level of logistics industry has become an important index to measure the comprehensive core competitiveness of a country and a region. Based on the study of the present situation and development planning of the industrial agglomeration in Longmen Logistics Park, a case study of the domestic logistics park, this paper provides new countermeasures and ideas for the specialization and agglomeration development of the logistics park in the future. The paper uses the methods of literature, field investigation, quantitative and qualitative research, starting with the practice of industrial agglomeration of logistics parks at home and abroad, drawing on the development experience of successful logistics parks at home and abroad. At the same time, compared with the present situation of industrial agglomeration in Hercyon Longmen Logistics Park, it is concluded that there are two main problems in the industrial agglomeration of Hercyon Longmen Logistics Park. The external problems are the scarcity of land resources, the rising cost of land requisition, the lack of propaganda and the lack of brand effect. The internal problems are mainly reflected in the low level of management organization, poor system, difficult coordination, unclear orientation of industrial development of the park, lack of long-term consideration in planning, and difficulty in adapting to the continuous adjustment of the surrounding environment. In addition, by comparing with the performance of the surrounding park, the paper finds out the difference between the Hercyon Longmen Logistics Park and other typical parks, and how to exert the industrial agglomeration effect of the Hercynian Longmen Logistics Park. In order to solve the bottleneck such as capital, land, planning and so on encountered in the process of the development of the park, the industrial tentacles are extended to the surrounding areas and the regional industrial cohesion is formed. The more effective industrial agglomeration strategy of the park is put forward. One is to strengthen the organizational leadership to enhance the level of the park management institutions; the other is to keep pace with the times and define the orientation of industrial development; third, to expand the development layout of logistics parks in depth; fourth, to implement a professional and large-scale brand strategy; Fifth, the soft and hard environment, continue to build a nest to attract Phoenix.
