【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),能夠衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平,促進(jìn)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)加速發(fā)展,一直以來,都是社會(huì)各界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。金融作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的影響作用不可小覷。無論是金融市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展程度、金融服務(wù)的質(zhì)量水平,還是金融機(jī)構(gòu)的網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局,都會(huì)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響。作為城鎮(zhèn)化水平位居全國(guó)前列的黑龍江省,其城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展雖取得巨大進(jìn)步,但金融服務(wù)不盡完善、服務(wù)力度不足,不能完全滿足黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展需求,進(jìn)而在一定程度上制約了黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程。本文選題,正是基于以上背景來對(duì)黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融服務(wù)效率進(jìn)行研究的。論文以城鎮(zhèn)化的概念和國(guó)內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展為主線,從理論的視角來全面闡述城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的金融服務(wù)需求及其特點(diǎn),以及金融服務(wù)促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的機(jī)制。論文從黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融供給狀況出發(fā),根據(jù)該地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建出適合黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融服務(wù)效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、評(píng)價(jià)方法及模型。針對(duì)黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融服務(wù)效率,論文對(duì)其進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,并提出發(fā)展進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)的金融服務(wù)問題及不足之處。論文通過借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展中金融服務(wù)的成功實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合黑龍江省實(shí)際省情,有針對(duì)性地提出了提升黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融服務(wù)效率的對(duì)策建議。論文力求在以下方面體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新性。在研究視角上,論文重點(diǎn)從黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中金融服務(wù)效率評(píng)價(jià)的視角展開分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了研究視角的創(chuàng)新。在理論研究上,本文以城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論、城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系研究、金融與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的關(guān)系研究作為理論基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建金融支持黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的理論分析架構(gòu)。在實(shí)證研究上,本文選取黑龍江省作為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,將城鎮(zhèn)化與金融發(fā)展的一般理論應(yīng)用于對(duì)構(gòu)建黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融服務(wù)效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中,運(yùn)用相關(guān)性分析、主成分分析、回歸分析方法對(duì)黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融服務(wù)效率進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并針對(duì)其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果及產(chǎn)生問題的原因分析,提出了提升黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的金融服務(wù)效率的對(duì)策架構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an inevitable trend of economic and social development. It can measure the level of modernization development of a country or region and promote the accelerated development of a country's economy. It has always been the focus of attention of all walks of life. As the core of modern economy, finance plays an important role in the development of urbanization. The development of financial markets, the quality of financial services, and the distribution of financial institutions will have a different degree of impact on the development of urbanization. Heilongjiang Province, with its urbanization level in the forefront of the country, has made great progress in the development of urbanization, but its financial services are not perfect and its efforts are insufficient to fully meet the development needs of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province. Then, to a certain extent, restricted the development of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province. Based on the above background, this paper studies the financial service efficiency of urbanization development in Heilongjiang Province. Taking the concept of urbanization and the development of urbanization at home and abroad as the main line, this paper comprehensively expounds the demand and characteristics of financial services in the process of urbanization development from the perspective of theory, as well as the mechanism of financial services promoting the development of urbanization. Based on the financial supply of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province and the present situation of financial service in this area, the evaluation index system, evaluation method and model of financial service efficiency suitable for the development of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province are constructed. Aiming at the efficiency of financial service in the development of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province, the paper makes an empirical analysis on it, and puts forward the problems and deficiencies of financial service in the process of development. By drawing lessons from the successful practical experience of financial service in the development of urbanization at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of financial service in the development of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province. The paper tries to embody innovation in the following aspects. From the perspective of research, this paper focuses on the analysis of the evaluation of financial service efficiency in the process of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province, and realizes the innovation of the research perspective. On the theoretical research, this paper takes the theory of urbanization development, the relationship between urbanization and economic development, the relationship between finance and urbanization development as the theoretical basis. Construct the theoretical analysis frame of finance supporting the development of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province. In the empirical research, this paper selects Heilongjiang Province as the empirical research object, applies the general theory of urbanization and financial development to construct the evaluation index system of the financial service efficiency of the urbanization development of Heilongjiang Province, and applies the correlation analysis. Principal component analysis (PCA) and regression analysis are used to evaluate the efficiency of financial service in the development of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving the efficiency of financial service in the urbanization development of Heilongjiang Province.
