農(nóng)超對接下大型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的合作與激勵機制研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of agricultural economy in China, the problem of "agriculture, farmers, rural areas" has become the key to the development of the national economy. In recent years, the emergence of rural cooperatives has really brought benefits to farmers. And the "agricultural super docking" is an opportunity for rural cooperatives to achieve leapfrog development. Nowadays, "agricultural super docking" has become an important form of daily food circulation of agricultural products in cities and villages, and "rural cooperative distribution center supermarket" model is one of the most representative models of agricultural super docking in our country at present. In recent years, the rural cooperative, distribution center and supermarket industry in our country have developed very rapidly. However, the key problems such as efficiency promotion and unfair profit distribution need to be solved urgently. One of the key points is how to establish the cooperation and coordination mechanism between these agricultural enterprises. To achieve this goal, it is an effective management method to establish (or design) cooperative alliance within the agricultural product supply chain, among which reasonable profit distribution and coordinated incentive mechanism design is a key research topic. Firstly, this paper studies the upstream system of agricultural product supply chain, which is composed of farmers, rural cooperatives and distribution centers, and constructs the Jackson network cooperative game model among agricultural cooperatives in this system. Secondly, this paper studies the downstream system of agricultural product supply chain, which is composed of a distribution center and n supermarkets, and constructs a cooperative game model between them. The distribution center allocates inventory resources to these n supermarkets: special use inventory and shared use inventory, and it shows that this can effectively increase the profit of distribution center and each supermarket. At the same time, we make use of Shapley value, weighted Shapley value and Owen value to distribute the profit of each agribusiness in the supply chain system, and hope to provide the incentive mechanism design of cooperation and coordination of agricultural product supply chain. Through the establishment of mathematical model, this paper hopes to improve the overall and local profits of the whole agricultural product supply chain and its various agribusiness enterprises, and realize the design of the coordination and incentive mechanism of the agricultural product supply chain system. The results of this paper will provide important theoretical basis and technical support for the management of farmers, rural cooperatives, distribution centers and their supermarkets in China.
