【摘要】：在今天，物流業(yè)的發(fā)展是關(guān)系到一個(gè)國家和一個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要問題。在現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)與再生產(chǎn)的方式方法中，可以說物流過程包含了除生產(chǎn)過程以外的其它過程，包裝業(yè)、倉儲業(yè)、加工配送業(yè)、裝卸業(yè)、物流信息業(yè)等行業(yè)都包含在物流業(yè)的范疇中。在我國保稅區(qū)，物流產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)貿(mào)易的重要組成部分，雖然是新興行業(yè)，但在發(fā)展過程中不斷自我突破和完善，借鑒國際物流業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí)結(jié)合保稅區(qū)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)逐漸形成具有保稅區(qū)特色的發(fā)展模式。在我國加入世貿(mào)組織后，國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)受到外部經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊，應(yīng)運(yùn)而來的配套服務(wù)業(yè)也不得不加快發(fā)展的步伐。因此深入研究保稅區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的特色及進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略成為形成規(guī)模性流通和形成國際流通大格局的現(xiàn)實(shí)性問題。 大連保稅物流園區(qū)是實(shí)施保稅區(qū)和大連港區(qū)港聯(lián)動(dòng)國家試點(diǎn)示范區(qū)，也是促進(jìn)大連航運(yùn)中心形成和提升國際物流中心功能的主要載體，對振興東北(大連)老工業(yè)基地，營造良好的對外開放環(huán)境，吸引投資、發(fā)展外貿(mào)、調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)、進(jìn)一步發(fā)展我國物流業(yè)有著深遠(yuǎn)的歷史性意義。文章認(rèn)真回顧了大連保稅區(qū)的發(fā)展歷史，深入研究分析了物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃，，同時(shí)查閱了大量國內(nèi)外物流業(yè)管理的實(shí)際案例，結(jié)合幾年來保稅物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展實(shí)際情況，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)梳理法、因果分析法、案例分析法等研究方法，對保稅物流園區(qū)的管理與發(fā)展進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析和全面的規(guī)劃。意在通過對大連保稅區(qū)物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展模式和管理方法的探討和研究，為物流業(yè)發(fā)展起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Today, the development of logistics industry is an important issue related to the economic development of a country and a region. In the modern production and reproduction methods, it can be said that the logistics process includes other processes other than the production process, packaging industry, warehousing industry, processing and distribution industry, loading and unloading industry, logistics information industry and other industries are included in the scope of the logistics industry. In China's bonded area, logistics industry has become an important part of basic industry and service trade. Although it is a new industry, it has been constantly breaking through and perfecting itself in the process of development. Combining with the development characteristics of the bonded area, the development mode with the characteristics of the bonded area is gradually formed while drawing lessons from the development experience of the international logistics industry. After China's entry into the WTO, the domestic economy is impacted by the external economy, and the supporting service industry has to speed up its development. Therefore, it is a realistic problem to study the characteristics of logistics industry and the strategy of further development of bonded area logistics industry to form scale circulation and international circulation pattern. Dalian bonded Logistics Park is a national pilot demonstration area for the implementation of bonded zone and port linkage between Dalian Port area and Dalian Port Zone. It is also the main carrier to promote the formation and promotion of the functions of Dalian Shipping Center and to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China (Dalian). It is of historic significance to create a favorable environment for opening to the outside world, attract investment, develop foreign trade, adjust the structure and further develop the logistics industry in China. This paper reviews the development history of Dalian bonded area, deeply studies and analyzes the design and planning of logistics park project, and looks up a large number of practical cases of logistics industry management at home and abroad. Combined with the development of bonded logistics park in recent years, the management and development of bonded logistics park are systematically analyzed and comprehensively planned by the methods of literature combing, causality analysis and case analysis. The purpose of this paper is to discuss and study the development mode and management method of logistics park in Dalian bonded area, which can serve as a reference for the development of logistics industry.
