FIDIC施工合同條件中不可抗力條款分析

【摘要】：隨著境外局部地區(qū)安全風(fēng)險的增大,國際工程承包商有必要提高對不可抗力事件的認(rèn)識和加大對FIDIC合同條件中不可抗力相關(guān)條款的分析研究,樹立相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險防范意識,制定適當(dāng)?shù)姆婪洞胧?合理運(yùn)用合同條款,減少因不可抗力事件帶來的損失。
[Abstract]:With the increase of safety risk in local areas outside China, it is necessary for international engineering contractors to improve their understanding of force majeure events and to increase the analysis and study of the terms and conditions of force majeure in FIDIC contracts, so as to establish the corresponding awareness of risk prevention. Develop appropriate precautions, apply contract terms properly and reduce losses due to force majeure events.
