XX電商公司C2C平臺物流功能研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網應用的普及,C2C電子商務逐漸成為社會的主流購物方式,對方便居民購物、促進經濟發(fā)展及增加社會就業(yè)機會有著重要的作用。本文對C2C電子商務公司發(fā)展過程中的物流問題進行了關注,研究了XX電商公司C2C物流平臺的問題,以及解決C2C物流平臺的對策和所取得的效益進行了預測。 首先,分析了C2C電子商務配送的背景及國內外研究現狀,對C2C所處的環(huán)境和行業(yè)也進行了探討,為研究C2C電子商務物流配送問題提供了依據。通過行業(yè)競爭五力模型分析,對競爭對手淘寶網的物流信息平臺從合作對象、平臺功能及買家需求進行了細致的分析,認為物流平臺對C2C電子商務的發(fā)展有著重要的作用。 第二,對XX電商公司發(fā)展歷程和產品進行了介紹,指出C2C物流平臺目前所具有的功能,并從C2C電子商務配送物流平臺的現狀出發(fā),指出了XX電商公司C2C物流平臺客戶需求不能滿足、物流信息管理軟件功能不全、商品交易缺乏物流信息確認、沒有建立第三方物流合作平臺等方面存在的問題,并針對上述問題產生的背景與原因進行了分析。 第三,以XX電子商務公司C2C物流配送存在的問題及原因分析為基礎,依據物流信息管理和客戶需求,提出了解決問題的對策。它包括:建立網上物流服務;完善物流信息管理軟件功能;提升物流信息對商品交易安全的保障功能;與第三方物流公司合作建立信息共享平臺等。 第四,對實施本方案的風險與效益進行分析,并對方案實施后的經濟與社會效益進行了預測,包括直接經濟效益、間接經濟效益等,從而得出方案可行的結論。 最后作了總結和展望。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of Internet application, C2C e-commerce has gradually become the mainstream shopping mode, which plays an important role in facilitating shopping, promoting economic development and increasing social employment opportunities. This paper focuses on the logistics problems in the development of C2C e-commerce company, studies the problems of the C2C logistics platform of XX e-commerce company, and forecasts the countermeasures and benefits of solving the C2C logistics platform. Firstly, it analyzes the background of C2C E-commerce distribution and the current research situation at home and abroad, and probes into the environment and industry of C2C, which provides the basis for the study of C2C E-commerce logistics distribution. Through the analysis of the five-force model of industry competition, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the cooperation object, platform function and buyer's demand of the logistics information platform of rival Taobao, and thinks that the logistics platform plays an important role in the development of C2C e-commerce. Secondly, the development course and products of XX e-commerce company are introduced, the functions of C2C logistics platform are pointed out, and the current situation of C2C e-commerce distribution logistics platform is discussed. The paper points out that the customer demand of the C2C logistics platform of XX e-commerce company can not be satisfied, the function of logistics information management software is not complete, the commodity transaction lacks logistics information confirmation, and the third party logistics cooperation platform is not established. The background and causes of the above problems are analyzed. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the C2C logistics distribution in XX E-commerce company, according to the logistics information management and customer demand, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems. It includes: establishing online logistics service; perfecting the function of logistics information management software; enhancing the security function of logistics information to commodity trading; establishing information sharing platform in cooperation with third party logistics company. Fourthly, the paper analyzes the risks and benefits of the implementation of the scheme, and forecasts the economic and social benefits after the implementation of the scheme, including direct economic benefits, indirect economic benefits and so on, and draws the conclusion that the scheme is feasible. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are made.
