【摘要】:物流業(yè)在近幾年已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)除了迅猛的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),隨著使用的普遍化,人們也越來(lái)越關(guān)注物流行業(yè),物流行業(yè)已經(jīng)儼然成為了一個(gè)新興崛起的行業(yè),而這個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展也將成為促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎,是本世紀(jì)全新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。 而圖們江流域作為連接歐亞大陸與太平洋的橋梁,是一條經(jīng)由阿姆斯特丹港口—俄羅斯—蒙古國(guó)—中國(guó)東北通向日本海新的歐亞大陸橋。國(guó)際物流業(yè)作為一種集約化的先進(jìn)組織形式和管理技術(shù),愈益發(fā)展成為一種規(guī)模大、功能多、效益高的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),成為許多生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和銷(xiāo)售企業(yè)所依托的中介杠桿,成為商品流通快捷高效發(fā)展的“加速器”因此,發(fā)展國(guó)際物流業(yè),開(kāi)發(fā)“第三利潤(rùn)源”是提高產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)圖們江流域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一。 本論文的選題從實(shí)際出發(fā),努力研究圖們江流域國(guó)際物流的發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題以及制約因素,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)查找法,通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外國(guó)際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)和自己的獨(dú)立思考,構(gòu)建圖們江流域國(guó)際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。 從美國(guó)、日本、歐洲一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的情況看,由于他們運(yùn)用已經(jīng)相對(duì)成熟的現(xiàn)代物流理論對(duì)物流業(yè)加以規(guī)范和引導(dǎo),從而推動(dòng)本國(guó)物流業(yè)向技術(shù)現(xiàn)代化、功能集成化、服務(wù)系列化、作業(yè)規(guī)范化、目標(biāo)合理化和管理協(xié)調(diào)化等方向發(fā)展。勿庸置疑,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家國(guó)際物流體系構(gòu)建的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國(guó)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展有著極大的借鑒意義;趯(duì)國(guó)際物流系統(tǒng)的理論研究,本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度并結(jié)合現(xiàn)代物流理論對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流下的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了分析及政策研究。整篇論文分為六章,主要內(nèi)容和觀(guān)點(diǎn)如下:第一章為緒論部分,主要是對(duì)本文的研究背景、研究意義以及研究方法進(jìn)行了敘述。第二章則是對(duì)理論闡述部分,主要包括國(guó)際物流的概念、國(guó)際物流系統(tǒng)以及其運(yùn)行模式等等。第三章分別對(duì)國(guó)外及國(guó)內(nèi)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的分析。第四章研究圖們江流域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)體系構(gòu)建的影響要素進(jìn)行分析,主要包括區(qū)位因素、資源因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)政策因素、需求因素四個(gè)方面,從對(duì)圖們江流域國(guó)際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)體系構(gòu)建的積極影響方面進(jìn)行了分析,為下文的寫(xiě)作奠定基礎(chǔ)。為下文的寫(xiě)作奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第五章則是圖們江流域國(guó)際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)體系框架的整體構(gòu)建。包括主要思路、總體目標(biāo)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、國(guó)際物流通道建設(shè)、國(guó)際物流園區(qū)建設(shè)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建設(shè)。第六章則提出了圖們江流域國(guó)際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)體系構(gòu)建的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in addition to the rapid development of the logistics industry, with the widespread use of logistics industry, people are paying more and more attention to the logistics industry, the logistics industry has become a new and emerging industry. The development of this industry will also become an important engine to promote the economic development of our country, is a new economic growth point in this century. The Tumen River basin, as a bridge between Eurasia and the Pacific Ocean, is a new Eurasian continental bridge to the Sea of Japan through the port of Amsterdam, Russia, Mongolia and northeast China. As a kind of intensive advanced organization form and management technology, the international logistics industry has increasingly developed into a new industry with large scale, many functions and high efficiency. It has become the intermediary lever relied on by many production and sales enterprises. Therefore, developing the international logistics industry and developing "the third profit source" is one of the important links to improve the competitiveness of products and promote the economic development of the Tumen River basin. From the point of view of reality, this paper tries to study the development course, current situation, existing problems and restrictive factors of international logistics in Tumen River Basin. Based on the experience of international logistics industry at home and abroad and its own independent thinking, the system of international logistics industry in Tumen River Basin is constructed. Judging from the situation of some developed countries in the United States, Japan and Europe, because they use the relatively mature modern logistics theory to standardize and guide the logistics industry, thus promoting the domestic logistics industry to modernize its technology and integrate its functions. Service serialization, job standardization, objective rationalization and management coordination. There is no doubt that the successful experience of the construction of international logistics system in developed countries has great significance for the development of logistics industry in China. Based on the theoretical research of international logistics system, this paper analyzes the logistics industry under modern logistics and policy research from the angle of industrial economics and modern logistics theory. The whole paper is divided into six chapters, the main contents and viewpoints are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly describes the research background, research significance and research methods. The second chapter describes the theory, including the concept of international logistics, international logistics system and its operation model. Chapter three analyzes the current situation and problems of logistics industry both at home and abroad. The fourth chapter studies the factors that influence the construction of logistics industry system in Tumen River Basin, including four aspects: location factor, resource factor, economic policy factor, demand factor. This paper analyzes the positive influence on the construction of international logistics industry system in Tumen River Basin, and lays a foundation for the following writing. To lay a theoretical foundation for the following writing. The fifth chapter is the overall construction of Tumen River Basin international logistics industry system framework. Including the main ideas, overall objectives, infrastructure construction, international logistics corridor construction, international logistics park construction and industrial cluster construction. The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the international logistics industry system in the Tumen River Basin.
