【摘要】：我國政府歷來高度重視醫(yī)藥的生產(chǎn)與流通，一直對其實(shí)行著嚴(yán)格的政府管制。國藥湖南公司是中國醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)在湖南設(shè)立的中央醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)，，提高公司醫(yī)藥配送體系的效率，降低流通成本在藥價中所占的比例，具有重要意義。 以國藥湖南公司為研究對象，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)論和物流規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論作為基礎(chǔ)，找出了國藥湖南公司目前醫(yī)藥配送體系存在的相關(guān)問題：配送信息化平臺未能充分發(fā)揮作用、醫(yī)藥配送流程及過程監(jiān)控有待加強(qiáng)、配送服務(wù)水平有待提升和物流成本數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計不到位等方面。從以下五個方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化國藥湖南公司醫(yī)藥配送體系：配送運(yùn)營管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化、配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化、配送設(shè)施設(shè)備改造、配送作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化和配送信息化提升。依照系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化原則、效率優(yōu)先原則和規(guī)模集成原則，設(shè)計了配送體系改進(jìn)方案實(shí)施策略。 通過本文的研究，配送體系改進(jìn)方案對成本節(jié)約、效率提高和服務(wù)質(zhì)量改善等各方面的改善均有積極意義。
[Abstract]:Our government has always attached great importance to the production and circulation of medicine, has been carrying out strict government control over it. Chinese medicine Hunan Company is a central pharmaceutical circulation enterprise set up by China Pharmaceutical Group in Hunan. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the company's medical distribution system and to reduce the proportion of the circulation cost in the drug price. Based on the system theory and logistics planning theory, this paper finds out the problems existing in the current pharmaceutical distribution system of Chinese medicine Hunan Company: the distribution information platform fails to play its full role. Medical distribution process and process monitoring need to be strengthened, distribution service level to be improved and logistics cost statistics not in place. The following five aspects are carried out to optimize the pharmaceutical distribution system of Hunan Pharmaceutical Company: the optimization of distribution operation management system, the optimization of distribution network, the transformation of distribution facilities and equipment, the optimization of distribution operation process and the promotion of distribution informatization. According to system optimization principle, efficiency priority principle and scale integration principle, the implementation strategy of distribution system improvement scheme is designed. Through the research of this paper, the improvement scheme of distribution system has positive significance to the improvement of cost saving, efficiency improvement and service quality improvement.
