【摘要】:目前我國(guó)面臨社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷、經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的轉(zhuǎn)型,從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期全民及集體所有制單一的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期不同所有制、多種經(jīng)濟(jì)成分構(gòu)成的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變,與此同時(shí)還伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化縱深發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)境況。中國(guó)進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展期,同時(shí)也走進(jìn)了矛盾頻發(fā)的關(guān)鍵期。人們的注意力也已經(jīng)從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的增幅數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)向社會(huì)的不和諧之音。社會(huì)體制轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)化過程中遺留的勞資相關(guān)主體間的矛盾和沖突就是人們最為關(guān)注且最突出的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)問題之一。新的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下,勞動(dòng)關(guān)系管理的水平嚴(yán)重滯后于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì),偏激的社會(huì)心理導(dǎo)致勞資沖突頻繁發(fā)生,,社會(huì)和諧及經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。非公有制企業(yè)作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支撐力量,經(jīng)由經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變,吸納了大量的勞動(dòng)力,成為勞資沖突最為集中、頻繁發(fā)生的企業(yè)類型。因此基于非公有制企業(yè)勞資沖突的研究對(duì)于構(gòu)建和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系、和諧企業(yè)、和諧社會(huì)至關(guān)重要。本文以非公有制企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,深度探討非公有制企業(yè)勞資沖突發(fā)生原由,并在實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析非公有制企業(yè)勞資沖突發(fā)生機(jī)制并提出新型勞動(dòng)關(guān)系管理實(shí)踐。對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期非公有制企業(yè)勞資沖突機(jī)制及管理策略的研究可以為各級(jí)政府、行政機(jī)關(guān)、社會(huì)組織及企業(yè)在解決勞資沖突、化解勞資矛盾的道路上提供一定的理論借鑒,為構(gòu)建現(xiàn)階段中國(guó)道路下和諧的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系提供理論啟示和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, China is faced with the change of social structure and the transformation of economic system, from the single labor relationship between the whole people and the collective ownership in the planned economy period to the labor relations under different ownership systems and various economic components in the period of market economy. At the same time also accompanied by economic globalization in depth development of the real situation. China has entered a period of rapid development, but also entered the key period of frequent contradictions. Attention has also shifted from economic growth figures to social dissonance. The contradiction and conflict between labor and capital related subjects left over in the process of social system transformation and evolution is one of the most outstanding social and economic problems that people pay most attention to. Under the new social and economic situation, the level of labor relations management lags behind the situation of economic development, extreme social psychology leads to frequent labor conflicts, social harmony and sustainable economic development is facing severe challenges. As an important supporting force of China's economic development, non-public enterprises have absorbed a large number of labor force through the transformation of economic structure, and become the most concentrated and frequent types of enterprises in labor conflicts. Therefore, the research based on labor conflicts in non-public enterprises is very important to the construction of harmonious labor relations, harmonious enterprises and harmonious society. This paper takes the non-public enterprises as the research object, deeply discusses the causes of the labor conflicts in the non-public enterprises, and on the basis of the empirical research, analyzes the mechanism of the labor conflicts in the non-public enterprises and puts forward a new type of labor relations management practice. The study on the mechanism and management strategy of labor conflict in non-public enterprises during the transition period can provide some theoretical reference for governments, administrative organs, social organizations and enterprises in resolving the conflicts between labor and capital at all levels. It provides theoretical enlightenment and practical basis for the construction of harmonious labor relations under the present Chinese road.
