【摘要】：《論住宅問題》是恩格斯在同資產(chǎn)階級(jí)理論家就解決住宅問題的改良主義主張進(jìn)行論戰(zhàn)的過(guò)程中寫作的。文章鮮明指出了住宅問題是工業(yè)化和城市化發(fā)展進(jìn)程的結(jié)果，論證了廢除資本主義生產(chǎn)方式是解決住宅問題的基本前提，提出了解決住宅問題的原則和構(gòu)想——消除城鄉(xiāng)對(duì)立。這是馬克思主義住宅商品經(jīng)濟(jì)理論誕生的標(biāo)志，是現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的重要組成部分。當(dāng)前，隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化、工業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的推進(jìn)，人們對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)住房的關(guān)注與日俱增,迅速成為整個(gè)社會(huì)的焦點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)問題，也成為政府需要解決的一個(gè)民生問題。今天重溫恩格斯的《論住宅問題》，對(duì)于我們正確認(rèn)識(shí)購(gòu)房難、住房難的實(shí)質(zhì)，找尋合理解決我國(guó)住房問題的方法和路徑有深刻的啟發(fā)。論文由導(dǎo)論、四章正文組成。 導(dǎo)論部分，，闡明這一選題的意義及研究的思路；評(píng)述本選題的研究現(xiàn)狀；介紹本論文的研究方法。 第一章，恩格斯《論住宅問題》寫作的社會(huì)歷史條件。對(duì)文獻(xiàn)寫作時(shí)德國(guó)的社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀和國(guó)際環(huán)境進(jìn)行探討，對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)科學(xué)社會(huì)主義面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析。 第二章，資產(chǎn)階級(jí)和小資產(chǎn)階級(jí)對(duì)住宅問題的主張。分別論述蒲魯東、扎克斯和米爾柏格在住宅問題上改良主義的觀點(diǎn)和立場(chǎng)。 第三章，恩格斯對(duì)住宅問題的理解及對(duì)資產(chǎn)階級(jí)的批判。首先分析了恩格斯對(duì)資產(chǎn)階級(jí)理論家解決住宅問題的理論基礎(chǔ)及方法的批判，在此基礎(chǔ)上，論述了恩格斯解決住宅問題的基本理論觀點(diǎn)。 第四章，文獻(xiàn)的價(jià)值及對(duì)中國(guó)解決住宅問題的啟示。通過(guò)對(duì)文本的研究，并結(jié)合我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件和社會(huì)條件，提出解決我國(guó)住宅問題的建議，如完善我國(guó)的房屋信息披露制度，完善并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行房屋稅收制度等。
[Abstract]:On the Housing problem was written by Engels in the course of a debate with bourgeois theorists on the reformist proposition to solve the housing problem. This paper points out that the housing problem is the result of the development of industrialization and urbanization, demonstrates that abolishing the capitalist mode of production is the basic premise to solve the housing problem, and puts forward the principle and conception of solving the housing problem-eliminating the urban and rural antagonism. This is the symbol of the birth of Marxist housing commodity economy theory and an important part of modern market economy theory. At present, with the development of urbanization, industrialization and modernization in our country, people pay more and more attention to urban housing, which becomes the focus and hot issue of the whole society, and also becomes a livelihood problem that the government needs to solve. Today, a review of Engels'"on the Housing problem" has profound implications for us to correctly understand the difficulty of buying a house and the essence of a housing problem, and to find a reasonable way to solve the housing problem in our country. The paper consists of an introduction and four chapters. The introduction explains the significance of this topic and the research ideas, reviews the research status of this topic, and introduces the research methods of this paper. Chapter one, the social and historical conditions of Engels' writing on Housing. This paper probes into the social situation and international environment of Germany at the time of literature writing, and analyzes the challenges faced by scientific socialism at that time. The second chapter, the bourgeoisie and petty bourgeoisie on the housing problem. This paper respectively discusses the views and positions of Buluton, Zax and Milberg on the housing issue. The third chapter, Engels' understanding of the housing problem and the criticism of the bourgeoisie. This paper first analyzes Engels' criticism of the theoretical basis and methods of bourgeois theorists to solve the housing problem, and then discusses the basic theoretical viewpoints of Engels' solution to the housing problem. The fourth chapter, the value of the literature and the inspiration to solve the housing problem in China. Through the study of the text and the economic and social conditions of our country, this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the housing problems in our country, such as perfecting the housing information disclosure system in our country, perfecting and strictly enforcing the housing tax system and so on.
