【摘要】：過去10年電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,將傳統(tǒng)的中國物流推進快車道。中國取代美國成為世界上最大的電子商務(wù)市場。電子商務(wù)需要滿足更多的客戶體驗性,然而普通快遞無法做到,為此,“落地配”(Collect on Delivery,簡稱COD)作為第三方物流的新型模式應(yīng)運而生。所謂落地配就是由落地分撥、同城和地縣轉(zhuǎn)運、入宅服務(wù)三大要素組成。它主要是以開箱驗貨、半收半退、夜間送貨、試穿試用、送二選一、代收貨款、退貨換貨等核心的入宅服務(wù)為競爭亮點。目前除自建物流的京東、凡客、亞馬遜以外的電商,如當當網(wǎng)、唯品會、一號店等都在使用落地配完成最后一公里的配送。本文結(jié)合作者多年的物流行業(yè)經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合參與過的實際項目,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了一個實用的落地配系統(tǒng)解決方案。系統(tǒng)包括2個操作系統(tǒng),1個管理系統(tǒng)(包括五塊子系統(tǒng),四個管理子系統(tǒng),一個報表子系統(tǒng))。論文詳細介紹了,需求研討、詳細設(shè)計(包括數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)功能)、實現(xiàn)、測試各階段的過程及結(jié)果。目前該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入使用,試用結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)基本達到了設(shè)計目標。
[Abstract]:In the past 10 years, the development of e-commerce has pushed the traditional Chinese logistics into the fast lane. China has replaced the United States as the largest e-commerce market in the world. E-commerce needs to meet more customer experience. However, Ordinary Express can not do it. To this end, "Collect on Delivery" is a new type of third party logistics. The model comes into being. The so-called "landing" is composed of three important elements, namely, the transfer of the ground, the transit of the city and the prefecture and the county, and the service of the home service. It is mainly by the open case, the half return, the half return, the night delivery, the trial trial, the two selection, the collection of goods, the return of goods and other core services as the bright spot. At present, in addition to the self built logistics, the Jingdong, the van, a horse There are 2 operating systems and 1 management systems (including five), including 2 operating systems and 1 management systems (including five). The paper detailed introduction, requirement discussion, detailed design (including database design, system function), implementation, test the process and results of each stage. At present, the system has been put into use, the trial result table shows that the system basically achieves the design goal.
