【摘要】：在城鎮(zhèn)化推進成為國內(nèi)發(fā)展焦點、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展質(zhì)量問題廣遭質(zhì)疑的背景下,本文從系統(tǒng)的理念出發(fā)對城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量問題展開研究。主要從城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、質(zhì)量水平、內(nèi)部關(guān)系、驅(qū)動因素、制約因素、耦合協(xié)調(diào)等方面剖析了浙江省城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的推進機制,并提出提升路徑定位。 本文在文獻研究的基礎(chǔ)上,將城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量細分為人口集聚、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會進步、環(huán)境改善和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施5個子系統(tǒng),并建立了城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量評價體系。借助SPSS20.0利用主成分分析方法對2005-2012年間浙江省11個地級以上城市城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量總體情況進行了測算,并獨立地計算了城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量各子系統(tǒng)的得分,在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用Arcview的空間可視化表達,分析了浙江省城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的時空演變狀況及特征。結(jié)果表明浙江省城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量呈現(xiàn)出北高南低的分布狀況,形成杭州-寧波的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量水平高軸；并發(fā)現(xiàn)在8年內(nèi)浙江省城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量發(fā)生了兩級分化的趨勢。利用浙江省11個地級以上城市的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量評價得分,從城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量發(fā)展的驅(qū)動和制約因素角度分析了11個城市城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部構(gòu)成關(guān)系；本文還借助耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型,分析了11個城市城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量母系統(tǒng)與子系統(tǒng)間的耦合協(xié)調(diào)情況；最后,基于浙江省不同城市城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成情況與耦合協(xié)調(diào)狀況,尤其是城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量制約因素與低耦合協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng),對不同城市城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量提升路徑做出了定位建議。
[Abstract]:In the background of the urbanization promotion to become the focus of domestic development and the question of the quality of urbanization development , this paper studies the urbanization quality problem from the concept of the system . It mainly analyzes the mechanism of the urbanization quality in Zhejiang Province from the aspects of system structure , quality level , internal relations , driving factors , restriction factors and coupling coordination of the urbanization quality , and puts forward the improvement path positioning .

Based on the literature research , the urbanization quality is divided into five sub - systems of population agglomeration , economic development , social progress , environmental improvement and infrastructure .
Based on the urbanization quality evaluation score of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province , the internal relations of 11 cities ' urbanization quality system were analyzed from the angle of driving and restricting factors of urbanization quality development .
In this paper , the coupling coordination between the urban mass system and the sub - system in 11 cities is analyzed by means of the coupling coordination model .
Finally , based on the composition of urbanization quality system of different cities in Zhejiang Province and the coupling coordination , especially the urbanization quality restriction factor and the low - coupling coordination system , this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of urbanization quality in different cities .
