【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，旅游業(yè)因其較快的發(fā)展速度被作為朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)而受到重視，各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中也把旅游業(yè)作為重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。旅游業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中由最初的小范圍競爭走向整體競爭，之后又趨于合作，協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展更是逐漸成為各國旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的走向。冀中南區(qū)域作為中部地區(qū)四省交界處的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域，國家重視其發(fā)展問題，同時豐富的旅游資源及得天獨(dú)厚的地理位置等因素都為冀中南地區(qū)旅游協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。文章運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法和協(xié)調(diào)度模型，通過計算測評出各城市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展旅游效率和協(xié)調(diào)程度，進(jìn)而進(jìn)行冀中南區(qū)域旅游協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的構(gòu)思，并且提出了協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的實(shí)施對策，，對于這一地區(qū)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展可以提供一定的參考。 首先，對本文的選題背景、研究意義、相關(guān)問題的國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法進(jìn)行了介紹，并對相關(guān)概念和基本理論進(jìn)行了闡述，為后面的研究提供了理論依據(jù)和方法。 其次，分析了冀中南區(qū)域的城市概況、游客數(shù)量、社會發(fā)展、旅游客源市場、旅游資源狀況、旅游接待能力的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 再次，采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析和協(xié)調(diào)度模型，對冀中南區(qū)域各市旅游效率及地區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)程度進(jìn)行定量分析，將評價系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)程度的協(xié)調(diào)度模型結(jié)合旅游效率的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)冀中南區(qū)域旅游協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度水平居中，發(fā)展空間大。 最后，結(jié)合影響冀中南區(qū)域各市的旅游效率、旅游協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的因素以及區(qū)域旅游協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的程度提出優(yōu)化對策，具體包括加強(qiáng)區(qū)域旅游政府導(dǎo)向管理、優(yōu)化區(qū)域旅游市場結(jié)構(gòu)、完善區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制對冀中南區(qū)域旅游進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，以促進(jìn)冀中南區(qū)域旅游更好的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, tourism is regarded as a sunrise industry because of its rapid development, and tourism is regarded as an important pillar industry in the process of economic development. In the process of tourism development, from the initial small-scale competition to the overall competition, and then to cooperation, coordinated development is gradually becoming the trend of tourism development in various countries. As the key area at the junction of four provinces in the central part of Hebei Province, the central and southern Hebei region attaches great importance to its development. Meanwhile, the rich tourism resources and unique geographical location have laid a solid foundation for the coordinated development of tourism in the central and southern regions of Hebei Province. By using the data envelopment analysis method and the coordination degree model, the paper calculates and evaluates the tourism efficiency and coordination degree of tourism development in various cities, and then carries on the conceive of coordinated development of tourism in central and southern Hebei, and puts forward the implementing countermeasures of coordinated development. For the development of tourism in this area can provide a certain reference. First of all, the background of this paper, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research content and research methods are introduced, and related concepts and basic theories are described. It provides the theoretical basis and method for the later research. Secondly, it analyzes the urban situation, the number of tourists, the social development, the tourist source market, the status of tourism resources and the present situation of tourism reception ability in the central and southern Hebei province. Thirdly, using the data envelopment analysis and coordination degree model, the tourism efficiency and regional coordination degree of each city in the central and southern region of Hebei Province are analyzed quantitatively, and the coordination degree model of evaluating the coordination degree of the system is combined with the result of tourism efficiency analysis. The results show that the level of coordinated development of tourism in central and southern Hebei is in the middle and the space for development is large. Finally, combined with the factors affecting the tourism efficiency, the coordinated development of tourism and the degree of coordinated development of regional tourism, the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures, including strengthening the regional tourism government-oriented management and optimizing the structure of regional tourism market. To perfect the regional coordination mechanism to regulate the regional tourism in the central and southern part of Hebei Province in order to promote the better coordinated development of the tourism in the central and southern part of Hebei Province.
