風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價模型研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著風電設(shè)備制造行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,企業(yè)為滿足國內(nèi)、國際市場的需求,要繼續(xù)擴大經(jīng)營規(guī)模;為了獲得更大的市場優(yōu)勢,越來越多的風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)都由自營物流改為使用更加專業(yè)化的第三方物流。同時,通過使用第三方物流,,大大減少了經(jīng)營成本,提高了經(jīng)營效率。通過對國內(nèi)外第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價研究現(xiàn)狀的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)有的評價體系及評價方法存在一定的局限性,并且專門針對風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價的研究幾乎為空白。本論文建立了風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價指標體系以及基于RS-BPNN的風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價模型,以期豐富第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價的理論基礎(chǔ),提高第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價的科學性和有效性。 論文的研究工作主要包括以下幾個方面: 首先,介紹論文的選題背景,分析國內(nèi)外第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出論文研究的目的及意義,介紹論文研究的主要內(nèi)容、章節(jié)安排。結(jié)合風電設(shè)備的特點,對風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)第三方物流的特點進行深入地分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價的研究思路、技術(shù)路線以及研究框架。 其次,構(gòu)建了適用于風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價指標體系。在分析影響風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商選擇的因素的基礎(chǔ)上,選取評價指標,構(gòu)建評價指標體系。 然后,建立風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價模型。針對標準BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的缺陷,利用粗糙集理論對指標進行約簡,以約簡后的指標體系作為BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的輸入,以降低信息維度,并對BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的算法進行了改進,在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了基于RS-BPNN的風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價模型。 最后,將上述評價指標體系及評價模型應(yīng)用于H風電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的第三方物流供應(yīng)商評價與選擇中,結(jié)果表明論文研究成果具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the wind power equipment manufacturing industry, in order to meet the needs of domestic and international markets, enterprises should continue to expand their business scale; in order to gain greater market advantages,More and more wind power equipment manufacturers are using more specialized third-party logistics instead of self-logistics.At the same time, through the use of third-party logistics, greatly reduce operating costs and improve operational efficiency.Through the analysis of the status quo of the evaluation of third-party logistics suppliers at home and abroad, it is found that the existing evaluation system and evaluation methods have some limitations.Moreover, the research on the evaluation of third party logistics suppliers in wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises is almost blank.This paper establishes the evaluation index system of the third party logistics supplier in the wind power equipment manufacturing enterprise and the evaluation model of the third party logistics supplier based on RS-BPNN in order to enrich the theoretical foundation of the third party logistics supplier evaluation.Improve the third party logistics supplier evaluation scientific and effective.The research work of the thesis mainly includes the following aspects:First of all, it introduces the background of the thesis, analyzes the research status of third-party logistics supplier evaluation at home and abroad, puts forward the purpose and significance of the paper research, introduces the main content of the paper research, chapter arrangement.Combined with the characteristics of wind power equipment, the characteristics of third party logistics in wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises are deeply analyzed, and on the basis of this, the research ideas of evaluation of third party logistics suppliers in wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises are put forward.Technical route and research framework.Secondly, the evaluation index system of third party logistics supplier is constructed for wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the selection of third-party logistics suppliers in wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises, the evaluation index system is constructed.Then, the third party logistics supplier evaluation model of wind power equipment manufacturing enterprise is established.Aiming at the defects of the standard BP neural network, the rough set theory is used to reduce the index, and the reduced index system is used as the input of the BP neural network to reduce the information dimension, and the algorithm of the BP neural network is improved.On this basis, the third party logistics supplier evaluation model of wind power equipment manufacturing enterprise based on RS-BPNN is constructed.Finally, the above evaluation index system and evaluation model are applied to the evaluation and selection of third-party logistics suppliers in H wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises. The results show that the research results have certain engineering application value.
