【摘要】:人力資源是企業(yè)最寶貴的資產(chǎn),也是企業(yè)人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成的一個(gè)重要依據(jù)。寧波外貿(mào)物流業(yè)發(fā)達(dá),外貿(mào)物流業(yè)是寧波市的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),所以本文提出了提升外貿(mào)物流企業(yè)人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究的選題,并作出了深入的研究,具有一定的理論創(chuàng)新意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 首先,作者在借鑒、總結(jié)專家在人才、企業(yè)人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了寧波市外貿(mào)物流企業(yè)人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,,根據(jù)寧波外貿(mào)物流企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)了的層次分析法和借鑒專家運(yùn)用“德爾菲法”,確定了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)以及權(quán)重值。其次,根據(jù)人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)信息的模糊特性,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,構(gòu)建了寧波外貿(mào)物流企業(yè)的人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型。 再次,根據(jù)作者對(duì)來自寧波市大大小小50家外貿(mào)物流企業(yè)的問卷調(diào)查,把調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了處理,從而全面評(píng)估這些企業(yè)的人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,然后分析了各企業(yè)在外貿(mào)物流人才的引進(jìn)、使用過程中存在的問題的。 最后,提出了具有較強(qiáng)針對(duì)性和可操作性的對(duì)策。一方面,這項(xiàng)研究的成果可能會(huì)進(jìn)一步豐富和完善寧波外貿(mào)物流企業(yè)人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論研究,同時(shí)還為政府部門和社會(huì)組織制定政策,支持寧波市外貿(mào)物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義,促進(jìn)寧波外貿(mào)物流企業(yè)更好更快地發(fā)展,并加快寧波經(jīng)濟(jì)的科學(xué)、快速、健康地發(fā)展發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the most valuable assets of the enterprise and an important basis for the formation of the competitiveness of enterprise talents. Ningbo has developed foreign trade logistics industry, which is the pillar industry of Ningbo. Therefore, this paper puts forward the topic of improving the talent competitiveness of foreign trade logistics enterprises, and makes in-depth research, which has a certain theoretical innovation significance and practical guiding significance. First of all, on the basis of the theoretical research of experts in the field of talent and enterprise talent competitiveness, the author constructs the evaluation system of Ningbo foreign trade logistics enterprise talent competitiveness, according to the actual situation of Ningbo foreign trade logistics enterprise. By using the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and using the Delphi method for reference, the evaluation index and the weight value are determined. Secondly, according to the fuzzy characteristics of the evaluation index information of talent competitiveness, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used. The evaluation model of talent competitiveness of Ningbo foreign trade logistics enterprises is constructed. Thirdly, according to the questionnaire survey of 50 large and small foreign trade logistics enterprises in Ningbo, the author processed the survey data, so as to comprehensively evaluate the level of talent competitiveness of these enterprises. Then analyzes the enterprises in the introduction of foreign trade logistics personnel, the use of the existing problems. On the one hand, the results of this study may further enrich and improve the theoretical research on the talent competitiveness of Ningbo foreign trade logistics enterprises. At the same time, it has formulated policies for government departments and social organizations to support the practical guiding significance of the development of foreign trade logistics enterprises in Ningbo, to promote the better and faster development of foreign trade logistics enterprises in Ningbo, and to speed up the scientific and rapid economic development of Ningbo. Develop healthily.
