【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要趨勢(shì)，也是當(dāng)前推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿�。隨著東北區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，特別是振興東北老工業(yè)基地戰(zhàn)略的不斷推進(jìn)，東北地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程不斷加快，遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶、沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)、長(zhǎng)吉圖開放開發(fā)先導(dǎo)區(qū)、哈大高鐵沿線的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)效果突出。而城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)離不開金融資源的支持，因此充分發(fā)揮東北地區(qū)金融發(fā)展對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的支持作用具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于金融發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的理論成果，并對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)金融發(fā)展支持城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的研究成果做了概述，認(rèn)真分析了金融發(fā)展支持城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的作用機(jī)制。提出了金融發(fā)展可以通過(guò)擴(kuò)大金融市場(chǎng)的規(guī)模，改善金融市場(chǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)，提高金融市場(chǎng)的效率為城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提供支持。金融發(fā)展水平的提高，能夠促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化，加快農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力向城鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，推動(dòng)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展，為鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程提供支持。在此基礎(chǔ)上，，結(jié)合東北地區(qū)金融發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的現(xiàn)狀，構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系，并通過(guò)計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法對(duì)2000年至2012年間東北地區(qū)金融發(fā)展對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的促進(jìn)作用進(jìn)行計(jì)量檢驗(yàn)。 計(jì)量檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：東北地區(qū)金融規(guī)模、金融結(jié)構(gòu)及金融效率的提高對(duì)地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程起著促進(jìn)作用，金融發(fā)展水平對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程有正向促進(jìn)作用。因此我們可以得出，東北地區(qū)金融發(fā)展程度的提升會(huì)提高城鎮(zhèn)化水平，加快城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程。最后，論文在借鑒國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家金融業(yè)促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮東北地區(qū)金融發(fā)展對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程促進(jìn)作用的對(duì)策建議，強(qiáng)調(diào)利用金融發(fā)展，加快推進(jìn)以人為本的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the main trend of the world economic development, and it is also an important driving force to promote the economic development of our country. With the rapid development of the northeast regional economy, especially the promotion of the strategy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base. The process of urbanization in Northeast China is speeding up, Liaoning coastal economic zone, Shenyang economic zone, Changjitu open development pioneer area. The urbanization construction along the high-speed railway line of Harbin and Dalian is outstanding, and the urbanization construction can not be separated from the support of financial resources, so it is of great practical significance to give full play to the financial development in Northeast China to support the urbanization process. This paper introduces the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on financial development and urbanization construction, and summarizes the current domestic scholars' research results on financial development to support the urbanization process. This paper analyzes the mechanism of financial development supporting the process of urbanization, and points out that financial development can improve the structure of financial market by expanding the scale of financial market. Improving the efficiency of the financial market can provide support for the construction of urbanization. The improvement of the level of financial development can promote the construction of urban infrastructure and the optimization of industrial structure, and accelerate the transfer of agricultural labor to urban industries. Promote the overall development of urban and rural economy to provide support for the process of urbanization in rural areas. On this basis, combined with the current situation of financial development and urbanization process in Northeast China, build an index system. From 2000 to 2012, the paper makes an econometric test on the promoting effect of the financial development in Northeast China on the process of urbanization. The results show that: the financial scale, financial structure and financial efficiency of the Northeast region play a role in promoting the process of urbanization. The level of financial development has a positive effect on the urbanization process. Therefore, we can draw a conclusion that the level of financial development in Northeast China will improve the level of urbanization and accelerate the process of urbanization. Finally. On the basis of the foreign developed countries' financial industry promoting the urbanization process, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further exerting the role of financial development in Northeast China to promote the urbanization process, and emphasizes the use of financial development. Speed up the promotion of people-oriented urbanization development road.
