[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, the task group of "the division of power in the construction of new urbanization" has formed a dual system of urban-rural separation under the condition of long-term planned economy. The urban administrative system based on the administrative division and the corresponding supporting policies and measures are characterized by the visible hand of the government leading the development of urbanization.
