【摘要】：自2003年以來，特別是濱海新區(qū)納入國家戰(zhàn)略以來，城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展己經成為天津市謀求經濟社會發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略之一。金融要素對城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展具有重要的推動作用，如果沒有金融要素的推動，城鎮(zhèn)化將很難向前推進。目前，天津市的金融發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化的推動作用，仍有待提升。因此，研究天津市金融發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化的作用，使金融在城鎮(zhèn)化過程中充分發(fā)揮積極效應，，具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先闡明了城鎮(zhèn)化和金融發(fā)展的內涵、金融發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的作用途徑；其次分析了天津市金融發(fā)展過程及現(xiàn)狀、天津市城鎮(zhèn)化進程狀況、天津市金融對城鎮(zhèn)化的支持狀況；然后以金融相關比率、金融結構、金融效率等作為自變量，產業(yè)比率、城鎮(zhèn)化率作為因變量，利用單位根檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗等方法對1993--2012年天津市金融發(fā)展如何影響城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進行了實證研究。實證分析結果表明：金融規(guī)模、金融結構、金融效率指標均與產業(yè)化比率存在協(xié)整關系，金融結構指標與城鎮(zhèn)化比率存在協(xié)整關系。天津市的金融規(guī)模、金融結構、金融效率指標是產業(yè)化比率的格蘭杰原因，金融規(guī)模、金融結構指標是城鎮(zhèn)化率的格蘭杰原因；最后，根據(jù)實證結果，提出了天津市金融發(fā)展如何更好地推動城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since 2003 particularly since Binhai New area was incorporated into the national strategy. The development of urbanization has become one of the major strategies for the economic and social development of Tianjin. Financial elements play an important role in promoting the development of urbanization, if there is no promotion of financial elements. Urbanization will be difficult to move forward. At present, the role of financial development in Tianjin to promote urbanization, still need to be improved. Therefore, the role of Tianjin financial development on urbanization. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to make finance play a positive role in the process of urbanization. Firstly, this paper expounds the connotation of urbanization and financial development, and the function of financial development on urbanization. Secondly, it analyzes the financial development process and present situation of Tianjin, the process of urbanization in Tianjin, and the support of finance to urbanization in Tianjin. Then take the financial correlation ratio, the financial structure, the financial efficiency and so on as the independent variable, the industry ratio, the urbanization rate as the dependent variable, uses the unit root test. This paper makes an empirical study on how the financial development of Tianjin affects the development of urbanization from 1993 to 2012 by means of cointegration test. The empirical analysis results show that: financial scale, financial structure. There is cointegration relationship between financial efficiency index and industrialization ratio, financial structure index and urbanization ratio. Financial scale and financial structure of Tianjin. The financial efficiency index is the Granger reason of industrialization ratio, and the financial scale and financial structure index is the Granger reason of urbanization rate. Finally, according to the empirical results, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of urbanization in Tianjin.
