【摘要】：本文通過建立勞動力資源配置水平指標體系,對我國勞動力資源的配置水平進行綜合評價分析。對全國31個省市通過勞動力資源配置水平一級指標和二級指標進行排序,為不同區(qū)域提升勞動力資源配置能力提供參考。在綜合分析勞動力資源配置水平區(qū)域差異的基礎上,進一步分析勞動力資源配置水平與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關系,檢驗結(jié)果顯示勞動資源配置水平與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平呈現(xiàn)正相關關系。經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平越高的地區(qū)勞動力資源規(guī)模水平越高,中西部地區(qū)勞動力資源結(jié)構水平、再生產(chǎn)水平、發(fā)展環(huán)境水平都明顯落后于東部地區(qū),這也是中西部勞動力資源配置水平較低的主要原因。同時研究顯示政府、社會、市場和個人在區(qū)域勞動力資源配置中發(fā)揮著不同的作用。
[Abstract]:Through the establishment of the index system of labor resources allocation level, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the allocation level of China's labor resources. 31 provinces and municipalities in China are sorted through the first level and two level indicators of labor resource allocation level, so as to provide references for different regions to enhance the allocation of labor resources. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the regional differences in the level of labor resource allocation, the relationship between labor resource allocation level and economic development is further analyzed. The test results show that the allocation of labor resources is positively correlated with the level of economic development. The higher the economic development level is, the higher the scale of labor resources is. The labor resources structure level, reproduction level and development environment level in the central and western regions are significantly behind those in the eastern region, which is the main reason for the low level of labor resource allocation in the Midwest. At the same time, the research shows that the government, the society, the market and the individual play different roles in the allocation of regional labor resources.
