【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長(zhǎng),企業(yè)和政府部門開(kāi)始逐步采用信息化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)管理工作。例如固定資產(chǎn)的管理就是一個(gè)典型的例子,隨著時(shí)間的推移,政府和企業(yè)內(nèi)部的固定資產(chǎn)數(shù)量將會(huì)不斷增加,而這就要求專人進(jìn)行固定資產(chǎn)的管理工作。采用專人進(jìn)行資產(chǎn)管理的方式不僅增加了企業(yè)和政府的各項(xiàng)成本,而且在管理的過(guò)程中人為因素較多,容易造成固定資產(chǎn)的流失。而采用信息化系統(tǒng)的方式進(jìn)行固定資產(chǎn)的管理工作,不僅能夠解決企業(yè)和政府需要投入專人的難題,而且能夠有效的避免因?yàn)槿藶橐蛩囟斐傻钠髽I(yè)損失。在這種背景下,采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化的固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理成為了必然趨勢(shì)。依托于先進(jìn)的固定資產(chǎn)管理理念,結(jié)合科學(xué)合理的固定資產(chǎn)管理手段,根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外固定資產(chǎn)管理軟件的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)行了曲靖經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)采用業(yè)內(nèi)流行的B/S方式進(jìn)行架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并且采用最適合于開(kāi)發(fā)B/S架構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的J2EE相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。主要通過(guò)SpringMVC完成前臺(tái)界面的相關(guān)研發(fā)工作,采用Spring完成對(duì)整個(gè)Bean的管理,采用Hibernate完成整個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的操作,同時(shí)采用Quartz完成系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)定時(shí)任務(wù)的開(kāi)發(fā)。在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件的選擇上,采用了軟件行業(yè)內(nèi)最為流行的MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),同時(shí)配置了主從同步、讀寫(xiě)分離,從而有效的保證了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)的安全性[2]。選用了IBM公司的WebSphere作為應(yīng)用服務(wù)器,同時(shí)采用Nginx進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)靜隔離和復(fù)雜均衡配置。通過(guò)對(duì)曲靖經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)調(diào)查研究,根據(jù)曲靖經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)財(cái)務(wù)部門的要求分析出了本系統(tǒng)的具體需求。在需求分析階段根據(jù)系統(tǒng)使用人員的差異,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能的關(guān)聯(lián)性將系統(tǒng)劃分為了四個(gè)模塊,即固定資產(chǎn)管理、資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)、預(yù)警處理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理四個(gè)功能模塊。其中固定資產(chǎn)管理,主要完成對(duì)于固定資產(chǎn)的管理工作,包括拆分、借出等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。資產(chǎn)折舊管理,主要完成對(duì)于固定資產(chǎn)折舊策略等進(jìn)行管理的模塊。資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)是系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn),通過(guò)設(shè)定資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊有效的為企業(yè)或者政府人員提供了數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表。倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理,主要是對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)存放的倉(cāng)庫(kù)信息進(jìn)行管理工作。資產(chǎn)類型管理,主要是對(duì)于固定資產(chǎn)的類型進(jìn)行管理。而且隨著時(shí)間的推移固定資產(chǎn)的類型會(huì)越來(lái)越多,而且在很多時(shí)候固定資產(chǎn)的類型只會(huì)增多不會(huì)減少。曲靖經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)固定資產(chǎn)管理上線實(shí)施后,將成為曲靖經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)整個(gè)信息化體系中較為重要的一環(huán),通過(guò)本系統(tǒng)能夠有效地幫助各級(jí)政府部門進(jìn)行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)式的資產(chǎn)管理,同時(shí)在資產(chǎn)借出、流動(dòng)方面起到不可磨滅的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology and the high-speed growth of national economy, enterprises and government departments begin to adopt the information system to carry on the management work step by step. For example, the management of fixed assets is a typical example, with the passage of time, the number of fixed assets within the government and enterprises will continue to increase, which requires the management of fixed assets. It not only increases the cost of enterprises and governments, but also has many man-made factors in the process of management, which can easily lead to the loss of fixed assets. The management of fixed assets by means of information system can not only solve the problem that enterprises and governments need to invest in special personnel, but also effectively avoid the loss of enterprises caused by man-made factors. Under this background, it is an inevitable trend to use Internet-based fixed assets management system to manage fixed assets. Based on the advanced concept of fixed assets management, combined with scientific and reasonable means of fixed assets management, according to the construction experience of fixed assets management software at home and abroad, the design and development of the fixed assets management system of Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone is carried out. The architecture design of the system is carried out by adopting the popular BES mode in the industry, and the system is researched and developed with the J2EE-related technology which is most suitable for the development of the BSS architecture system. It mainly completes the research and development of foreground interface through SpringMVC, uses Spring to complete the management of the whole Bean, uses Hibernate to complete the operation of the whole database, and uses Quartz to complete the development of every scheduled task of the system. In the choice of database software, we adopt the most popular MySQL database in software industry, and configure master-slave synchronization, read-write separation, thus effectively ensure the security of database data [2]. The WebSphere of IBM Company is chosen as the application server, and the dynamic and dynamic isolation and complex balanced configuration of the system are carried out with Nginx at the same time. Through the investigation and research of Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone, according to the requirements of the financial department of Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone, the specific requirements of this system are analyzed. In the phase of demand analysis, the system is divided into four modules: fixed assets management, asset statistics, early warning processing, and basic data management, according to the difference of users and the correlation of each function of the system. After the implementation of fixed assets management in Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone, it will become an important link in the whole information system of Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone. This system can effectively help all levels of government departments to carry out Internet asset management, and play an indelible role in asset lending and flow at the same time.
