【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,政策的需要,維穩(wěn)的持續(xù)性加大,工作壓力變大,工作強(qiáng)度加深,責(zé)任艱巨,工作環(huán)境艱苦,伴隨而生的是新疆南疆地區(qū)基層公務(wù)員的生理、心理、社會(huì)健康在受影響,部分出現(xiàn)不同程度的問題�；鶎庸珓�(wù)員的健康狀況不容樂觀,如果不能及時(shí)改善,他們的健康狀況將與工作狀態(tài)不協(xié)調(diào),這將不同程度的影響著行政效率。目前,公務(wù)員群體在接受各類健康教育及定期健康體檢,我國在公務(wù)員的健康問題上從預(yù)測(cè)到改善方面已開展了很多工作,但是目前已有的相關(guān)調(diào)查多數(shù)以內(nèi)地及新疆的各城市公務(wù)員群體展開,而且側(cè)重點(diǎn)以體檢測(cè)試結(jié)果觀察或者自測(cè)心理健康調(diào)查為主,并沒有更多、更全面的數(shù)據(jù)是體現(xiàn)新疆南疆基層地區(qū)、偏遠(yuǎn)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的公務(wù)員展開,從生理健康,心理健康和社會(huì)健康方面進(jìn)行全面的自測(cè)、調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)的健康調(diào)查比較匱乏,針對(duì)特殊時(shí)期、特殊工作性質(zhì)的基層公務(wù)員很少。因此,了解阿克蘇地區(qū)沙雅縣公務(wù)員的健康狀態(tài)和影響因素具有重要意義。本研究應(yīng)用健康自測(cè)表SRHMS以及訪談方式對(duì)新疆阿克蘇地區(qū)沙雅縣的部分鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員的健康狀況以及影響因素展開調(diào)查研究,并對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和討論。發(fā)現(xiàn)年齡、婚姻狀況、文化程度、工作狀況以及收入等因素都是影響阿克蘇沙雅縣公務(wù)員健康的重要因素。并根據(jù)目前新疆工作的總目標(biāo),針對(duì)沙雅縣公務(wù)員如何提高自身健康水平,提高工作效率和生活質(zhì)量提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the economy and the need of policies, the sustainability of maintaining stability is increasing, the working pressure is increasing, the work intensity is deepening, the responsibility is arduous, and the working environment is arduous, accompanied by the physiology and psychology of grass-roots civil servants in southern Xinjiang. Social health is affected in part by varying degrees of problems. The health status of the basic civil servants is not optimistic, if they can not be improved in time, their health condition will not be in harmony with their work status, which will affect the administrative efficiency in varying degrees. At present, civil servants receive various kinds of health education and regular health checkups. China has carried out a lot of work on the health problems of civil servants from prediction to improvement. However, at present, most of the relevant surveys have been carried out by civil servants in the mainland and Xinjiang, and the focus is on the observation of the results of physical examination or self-examination of mental health, and there is no more. More comprehensive data show that civil servants in the grassroots areas and remote townships in southern Xinjiang have conducted comprehensive self-examination, investigation and statistical health surveys in terms of physical, mental and social health. For a special period, The nature of special work of grass-roots civil servants are very few. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the health status and influencing factors of civil servants in Shaya County, Aksu area. In this study, the health status and influencing factors of some township civil servants in Shaya County, Aksu region, Xinjiang, were investigated by means of SRHMS and interview, and the results were analyzed and discussed. It was found that age, marital status, education level, work status and income were all important factors affecting the health of civil servants in Aksu Shaya County. According to the general goal of Xinjiang work at present, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the health level, work efficiency and quality of life of the civil servants in Shaya County.
