【摘要】：隨著經濟的飛速發(fā)展,國內大規(guī)模的企業(yè)數量的迅速增長。隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴大,迫切需要利用先進的信息化技術實現對企業(yè)經營費用監(jiān)管,做到對企業(yè)每筆費用的追蹤和管理,便于發(fā)展計劃和決策的正確制定�；谄髽I(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴大的發(fā)展現狀,為幫助企業(yè)內部實現費用的高效管理,企業(yè)費用控制管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現具有十分現實的意義,且迫在眉睫。為實現滿足大規(guī)模企業(yè)費用控制管理系統(tǒng)的需求,論文研究工作開展了一種基于BS架構的企業(yè)費用控制管理系統(tǒng)研究、設計與實現工作,并在實際企業(yè)管理中進行應用。論文開展的主要研究工作包括:(1)在對國內外企業(yè)費用控制管理信息系統(tǒng)研究和應用現狀進行調研的基礎上,對企業(yè)費用控制管理信息系統(tǒng)成本控制原理、費用控制原理以及系統(tǒng)設計所涉及的關鍵技術進行分析和討論。針對現有的研究主要集中在如何對公司資金流的管理,包括報銷、成本控制及費用管理等方面的問題,提出如何高效的完成對企業(yè)費用的管理,是費用控制管理系統(tǒng)的主要目標。并結合企業(yè)財務業(yè)務流程,利用成本控制理論完成對企業(yè)的費用控制管理的分析。(2)針對企業(yè)財務業(yè)務流程這一主要研究目標,設計并完成一整套費用控制管理信息系統(tǒng),幫助企業(yè)更好的完成企業(yè)費用的控制。針對于費用控制管理系統(tǒng)的實際功能需要,采用包括.NET技術、ADO.NET技術以及ASP.NET技術等完成對系統(tǒng)的設計與實現。(3)采用軟件工程的開發(fā)思想,對系統(tǒng)的結構進行總體構建。設計并實現了系統(tǒng)中的各主要功能模塊。包括:系統(tǒng)管理模塊、預算管理模塊、費用申請管理模塊、報銷管理模塊、財務管理模塊以及查詢統(tǒng)計管理模塊;并重點介紹了費用申請管理模塊、預算管理模塊以及報銷管理模塊的具體實現過程。(4)根據基于BS架構的企業(yè)費用控制管理信息系統(tǒng)的設計需求和目標,為確保系統(tǒng)的有效性和可靠性,對所設計的系統(tǒng)開展了功能測試,在功能測試中通過設計針對公司費用控制管理信息系統(tǒng)的測試用例,完成對系統(tǒng)功能的全面分析。并對測試結果分析。結果表明所設計的基于BS架構的企業(yè)費用控制管理信息系統(tǒng),達到了系統(tǒng)的功能要求和目標。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the number of large-scale enterprises in China is increasing rapidly. With the expansion of enterprise scale, it is urgent to make use of advanced information technology to supervise the operating expenses of enterprises, to track and manage each sum of expenses, and to make development plans and decisions correctly. Based on the expanding development of enterprise scale, the design and implementation of enterprise expense control management system is of great practical significance and imminent in order to help the enterprise realize the efficient management of expenses. In order to meet the needs of large scale enterprise cost control management system, this paper develops a kind of enterprise cost control management system based on BS architecture, designs and implements it, and applies it to the actual enterprise management. The main research work in this paper includes: (1) on the basis of the research and application of the enterprise cost control management information system at home and abroad, the cost control principle of the enterprise cost control management information system is analyzed. The principle of cost control and the key technologies involved in system design are analyzed and discussed. In view of the existing research on how to manage the company's capital flow, including reimbursement, cost control and cost management, the paper puts forward how to manage the enterprise expenses efficiently. Is the main goal of cost control management system. Combined with the enterprise financial business process, the cost control theory is used to complete the cost control management analysis. 2) aiming at the main research goal of the enterprise financial business process, a set of cost control management information system is designed and completed. Help enterprises to achieve better cost control. In view of the actual function needs of the cost control management system, the design and implementation of the system are completed by means of. Net technology, ADO.NET technology and ASP. Net technology. (3) the software engineering is adopted to construct the overall structure of the system. The main functional modules of the system are designed and implemented. It includes: system management module, budget management module, expense request management module, reimbursement management module, financial management module and query statistics management module. According to the design requirements and objectives of enterprise cost control management information system based on BS architecture, in order to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the system, The function test is carried out on the designed system. In the function test, the comprehensive analysis of the system function is completed by designing the test cases for the cost control management information system of the company. The test results are analyzed. The results show that the design of the enterprise cost control management information system based on BS architecture has achieved the functional requirements and objectives of the system.
