【摘要】：近年來我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平與國民綜合素質不斷提升,在“全民健身計劃”與“陽光體育運動”的時代背景下,排球作為一種新的體育運動形式受到人們的廣泛歡迎和喜愛。國務院在推進全民健身計劃(2011-2015年)工作的過程中,明確提出要加強青少年體育工作落實,推進體育工作更好開展�；趪覍w育發(fā)展越來越重視的前提下,排球運動以其獨特的運動形式,應最大限度發(fā)揮自身功能作用,進一步推進我國體育運動發(fā)展。各地區(qū)高校作為發(fā)展體育的重要機構組織,以及排球運動開展的重要陣地,要充分發(fā)揮排球運動開展的優(yōu)勢作用,通過學校排球運動的有效開展推進地區(qū)及全國排球運動發(fā)展。本文以河北省普通高校排球運動為研究實例,對其開展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并總結出影響排球運動開展的非技術因素,在全面探究與了解其發(fā)展情況的前提下,總結相關經(jīng)驗啟示,以促進河北省普通高校排球運動進一步發(fā)展。針對河北省三所普通高校(石家莊鐵道大學、承德醫(yī)學院、河北工業(yè)大學)的排球運動開展現(xiàn)狀與非技術因素的調查,主要應用文獻研究法、問卷調查法、訪談法等研究方法,全面、準確的了解到其排球運動開展受到場地環(huán)境、運動功能形式等多方面非技術因素影響。為有效緩解目前河北省普通高校排球運動開展的現(xiàn)狀,本文將對各方面非技術因素進行系統(tǒng)分析,并探討出有效對策建議。本文應用多種研究方法對河北省普通高校排球運動開展情況進行調查研究,通過理論分析與實踐探究總結出影響排球運動開展的多種非技術因素。本文研究過程主要分為三個部分展開:第一,對本文研究中涉及到的研究對象進行論述,并介紹本文應用的主要研究方法,包括文獻資料法、訪談法、問卷法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法,對高校排球運動開展相關情況及非技術影響因素進行調查整理,為本文進一步深入研究提供理論支撐與數(shù)據(jù)支持;第二,從高校排球運動開展的現(xiàn)狀綜述和高校排球運動排球的現(xiàn)狀分析兩個方面,細致論述當前高校排球運動中所存在的各類問題。結合實際調查研究結果來看,當前河北省高校排球運動的開展,主要受到選修課程設置、運動場地建設、參與比賽形式、參與活動時間以及參與活動的方式等方面非技術因素的限制,需要結合河北省高校排球運動的實際開展情況以及學校的重視程度,加以深入分析;第三,重點對河北省高校排球運動開展非技術因素進行綜合分析,首先簡述了非技術因素的相關概念,對基于帕累托分析法環(huán)境中的因素選取進行分析,在明確理論研究概念的基礎上,對排球運動中的非技術因素進行綜合分析�？v觀國內外大量實踐研究結果以及本次河北省排球運動的實踐調查情況可以看出,排球運動中的非技術因素主要表現(xiàn)在運動功能、區(qū)域文化、活動人以及場地器材等硬件設施方面。不同地區(qū)的文化、運動重視程度以及經(jīng)濟條件等等均為影響排球運動發(fā)展的關鍵性因素。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the level of economic development and the comprehensive quality of our country have been improved. Under the background of "National Fitness Program" and "Sunshine Sports", volleyball is widely welcomed and loved by people as a new form of sports. In the process of promoting the National Fitness Program (2011-2015 years), the State Council explicitly mentioned It is necessary to strengthen the implementation of the youth sports work and promote the sports work to carry out better. Based on the more and more emphasis of the national sports development, the volleyball sport, with its unique sports form, should play its own function to the maximum extent, and further promote the development of sports in China. As well as the important position of volleyball sports, we should give full play to the advantages of the volleyball sport and promote the development of regional and national volleyball through the effective development of the school volleyball. This paper takes the volleyball in Hebei Province as an example, analyzes its opening and summarizes the influence of volleyball. On the premise of comprehensive exploration and understanding of its development, the non technical factors summarize the relevant experience to promote the further development of the volleyball sport in the ordinary universities in Hebei province. The investigation of the current situation and non technical factors of the volleyball movement in three ordinary universities in Hebei province (Shijiazhuang Railway University, Chengde Medical College, Hebei University of Technology) The main application of literature research method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and other research methods, comprehensive and accurate understanding that the volleyball sport is affected by many non technical factors such as the field environment, sports function form and so on. In order to effectively alleviate the current situation of the development of Volleyball in ordinary universities in Hebei Province, this paper will carry out the non technical factors in various aspects. This paper makes a systematic analysis and discusses the effective countermeasures and suggestions. This paper applies a variety of research methods to investigate and study the development of Volleyball in Hebei University. Through theoretical analysis and practice, it summarizes the various non technical factors that affect the development of volleyball. The process of this study is divided into three parts: first, this paper The research objects involved in the study are discussed, and the main research methods used in this paper are introduced, including the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, to investigate and collate the relevant situation and non technical factors of college volleyball sports, and provide theoretical support and number for further research. According to support, second, from two aspects of the current situation of college volleyball sports and the current situation analysis of volleyball volleyball in Colleges and universities, the various problems existing in the current college volleyball movement are carefully discussed. According to the actual investigation results, the current development of the volleyball movement in Colleges and universities in Hebei Province is mainly subject to elective course setting and sports field. The construction, the form of participation in the competition, the time of participation and the way to participate in the activities, such as non technical factors, need to be analyzed in depth with the actual situation of the volleyball sports in Hebei province and the degree of attention of the school. Third, the non technical factors of the volleyball sports in Hebei province are analyzed in a comprehensive way. Firstly, the related concepts of non technical factors are briefly introduced, and the selection of factors in the environment based on Pareto analysis is analyzed. On the basis of the concept of theoretical research, the non technical factors in volleyball are analyzed synthetically. A large number of practical research results at home and abroad and the practical investigation of the Hebei volleyball sport are discussed. It can be seen that the non technical factors in the volleyball game are mainly in the sports function, regional culture, the active people and the equipment and other hardware facilities. The culture of different regions, the degree of sports attention and the economic conditions are all the key factors that affect the development of volleyball.
