“海絲”背景下福建沿海城市旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:目前中國(guó)的旅游業(yè)正處在一個(gè)由大眾旅游的初級(jí)階段向高級(jí)階段發(fā)展的過(guò)程,作為旅游合作發(fā)展的更高一級(jí)的階段,旅游的協(xié)同發(fā)展將會(huì)是區(qū)域旅游今后發(fā)展的首要選擇。21世紀(jì)“海絲”戰(zhàn)略為福建沿海城市旅游往協(xié)同方向發(fā)展提供了契機(jī)和挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)旅游資源與空間的整合、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、目的地形象感知的有效提升等均提出了新的更高的要求。促進(jìn)福建沿海城市旅游的協(xié)同發(fā)展,在實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域旅游全面發(fā)展的同時(shí),避免了旅游發(fā)展中不合理的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),有助于區(qū)域旅游一體化與“海絲”旅游核心區(qū)的建設(shè)。本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用SPSS、Excel等統(tǒng)計(jì)工具,以協(xié)同理論、地域分工理論、增長(zhǎng)極理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等研究方法在21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路戰(zhàn)略大背景下對(duì)福建沿海城市旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展的地域差異進(jìn)行探討。本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容是:通過(guò)詳細(xì)地分析梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外與協(xié)同發(fā)展有關(guān)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)以及福建沿海城市現(xiàn)階段旅游發(fā)展的地域差異,針對(duì)其旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、旅游資源的分布、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚特點(diǎn)、主要旅游客源地的分布等差異現(xiàn)狀,提出適合的發(fā)展模式與相應(yīng)的路徑。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)通過(guò)分析福建沿海城市旅游發(fā)展的地域差異,得知福建沿海城市在旅游資源整合、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施分配、旅游形象等方面仍存在眾多問(wèn)題:資源分布不均,“海絲”旅游資源、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、客源分布等主要集中在旅游業(yè)發(fā)展較好的福夏泉三地,沿海城市內(nèi)部各城市旅游協(xié)同意識(shí)不強(qiáng),缺乏實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展。(2)地區(qū)間旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展階段、方法的不同,因而形成不同的旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展模式。本文認(rèn)為該區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展模式從要素組合視角來(lái)看分為:互補(bǔ)、共享與拉動(dòng)型的資源協(xié)同模式;從空間整合視角來(lái)看分為:節(jié)點(diǎn)型、發(fā)展軸型、雙核聯(lián)動(dòng)模式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展模式;從產(chǎn)業(yè)組織視角來(lái)看分為:政府推動(dòng)、企業(yè)主導(dǎo)、項(xiàng)目驅(qū)動(dòng)。根據(jù)福建沿海城市旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展目前的現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)在旅游資源共享的基礎(chǔ)上,采取政府推動(dòng)、企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的福州、廈門(mén)雙核聯(lián)動(dòng)的發(fā)展模式。(3)通過(guò)對(duì)福建沿海城市區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展的地區(qū)差異分析、福建沿海城市區(qū)域旅游旅游資源,特別是海上絲綢之路旅游資源的賦存狀況等進(jìn)行定量分析,論文從構(gòu)建海上絲綢之路旅游產(chǎn)品體系、旅游形象的定位與推廣、福建沿海城市旅游中心地等級(jí)體系構(gòu)建、旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展的保障機(jī)制四個(gè)方面提出了福建沿海城市有效協(xié)同發(fā)展的具體路徑。
[Abstract]:At present, China's tourism industry is in the process of developing from the initial stage of mass tourism to the advanced stage, as a higher stage of tourism cooperation development. The coordinated development of tourism will be the primary choice for the future development of regional tourism. The "Haisi" strategy in the 21st century will provide the opportunity and challenge for Fujian coastal city tourism to develop in a coordinated direction. It will integrate tourism resources with space and develop products. The effective promotion of destination image awareness has put forward new and higher requirements. To promote the coordinated development of tourism in Fujian coastal cities, to realize the overall development of regional tourism, to avoid unreasonable competition in the development of tourism, and to contribute to the integration of regional tourism and the construction of "Haisi" tourism core area. Based on the theory of synergy, the theory of regional division of labor and the theory of growth pole, this paper makes use of literature research, investigation and research, by using SPSS Excel and other statistical tools. Under the background of marine Silk Road strategy in the 21st century, the statistical analysis and other research methods are used to discuss the regional differences in the coordinated development of tourism in Fujian coastal cities. The research contents of this paper are as follows: through the detailed analysis of domestic and foreign literature related to coordinated development and the regional differences of tourism development in Fujian coastal cities at present, the paper aims at the development of tourism economy and the distribution of tourism resources. The characteristics of the agglomeration of tourism industry, the distribution of the main tourist sources and so on. The paper puts forward the suitable development mode and the corresponding path. By analyzing the regional differences of tourism development in Fujian coastal cities, the author finds out that there are still many problems in tourism resources integration, infrastructure distribution and tourism image in Fujian coastal cities: uneven distribution of resources. "Haisi" tourism resources, tourism industry, infrastructure, tourist distribution and so on are mainly concentrated in Fuxia-Quan, where the tourism industry is well developed, and there is not a strong sense of coordination among the cities in the coastal cities. Lack of substantial progress. (2) the different modes of tourism coordinated development are formed because of the different methods of tourism coordinated development in different regions. This paper points out that the cooperative development mode of regional tourism can be divided into two types from the angle of factor combination: complementary, shared and pulled resource coordination mode, and from the perspective of spatial integration, it can be divided into node type, development axis model, dual core linkage mode, and so on. Network development model; from the perspective of industrial organization, divided into: government-driven, enterprise-led, project-driven. According to the present situation of coordinated tourism development in Fujian coastal cities, Fuzhou, which is promoted by the government and led by enterprises, should be adopted on the basis of the sharing of tourism resources. Based on the analysis of the regional differences in the coordinated development of regional tourism in Fujian coastal cities, the regional tourism resources of Fujian coastal cities are analyzed. In particular, quantitative analysis is carried out on the status of the marine Silk Road tourism resources. This paper focuses on the construction of the maritime Silk Road tourism product system, the positioning and promotion of the tourism image, and the construction of the grade system of Fujian coastal cities' tourism centers. Four aspects of the guarantee mechanism of tourism coordinated development put forward the specific path of effective coordinated development of Fujian coastal cities.
