某醫(yī)院建筑冷熱源節(jié)能改造方案與效果分析

【摘要】:能源短缺制約著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)合理使用能源。隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和建筑面積的不斷增加,以及人們對室內(nèi)環(huán)境要求的不斷提高,建筑能耗也隨之明顯增加。統(tǒng)計表明,目前建筑能耗約占我國全國能源總消耗量的30%左右。公共建筑由于其復(fù)雜的使用功能等建筑特點,其能耗水平一直居高不下,因此具有較大的節(jié)能潛力,一直以來是建筑節(jié)能改造工作的重點。本文首先收集了部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)并在此基礎(chǔ)上整理分析武漢市各類公共建筑能耗總體情況,分析了建筑能耗的主要影響因素及建筑節(jié)能潛力,提出既有公共建筑節(jié)能改造的適宜技術(shù)。本文利用能耗模擬軟件DeST,對某已改造的某醫(yī)院建筑進行建筑模型搭建,建立建筑幾何模型,模擬建筑負(fù)荷,并與建筑實際圖紙和現(xiàn)場調(diào)查結(jié)果進行對比分析,確定模型搭建的準(zhǔn)確性。隨后針對該建筑改造前能耗情況分析其能耗制約因素及節(jié)能潛力,對冷熱源及生活熱水系統(tǒng)的改造提出三種不同方案:風(fēng)冷熱泵系統(tǒng)、地源熱泵系統(tǒng)、水冷螺桿機組加鍋爐系統(tǒng)。運用TRNSYS模擬軟件對三種不同的冷熱源及生活熱水系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能改造方案進行模擬,對模擬結(jié)果進行分析,結(jié)合工程實際和初投資等對比不同方案的經(jīng)濟性、可行性、適用性,最后將模擬改造方案與實際改造運行結(jié)果進行對比,對實際節(jié)能改造措施進行客觀評價。本文的研究目的旨在分析某醫(yī)院建筑的節(jié)能潛力及適宜改造技術(shù),對武漢地區(qū)醫(yī)院建筑節(jié)能工作的開展提供改造參考,本文研究方法與結(jié)論可為類似公共建筑節(jié)能改造提供參考。
[Abstract]:Energy shortage restricts the development of social economy, so we should use energy reasonably. With the development of national economy and the increasing of building area, and the increasing requirement of indoor environment, The building energy consumption also increased obviously. Statistics show that building energy consumption accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption in China at present. Because of its complex use function and other building characteristics, the level of energy consumption of public buildings has always remained high. Therefore, it has great energy saving potential, which has always been the focus of building energy saving reconstruction. Firstly, this paper collects some data and analyzes the overall situation of energy consumption of all kinds of public buildings in Wuhan. This paper analyzes the main influence factors of building energy consumption and the potential of building energy saving, and puts forward the appropriate technology for energy saving transformation of existing public buildings. In this paper, the energy consumption simulation software is used to build a building model of a hospital building that has been reformed. The geometric model of the building is established, the load of the building is simulated and compared with the actual drawing of the building and the result of the field investigation. Then, according to the analysis of the energy consumption restriction factors and energy saving potential of the building before retrofit, three different schemes are put forward for the retrofit of cold and heat source and domestic hot water system: air cooled heat pump system, ground source heat pump system, air cooled heat pump system, ground source heat pump system, air cooled heat pump system and ground source heat pump system. The water cooling screw unit plus boiler system is used to simulate three different energy saving retrofit schemes of heat and cold source and domestic hot water system by using TRNSYS simulation software, and the simulation results are analyzed. Combining with engineering practice and initial investment, this paper compares the economy, feasibility and applicability of different schemes. Finally, the simulated transformation scheme is compared with the actual reconstruction operation result. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the energy-saving potential and appropriate retrofit technology of a hospital building, and to provide a reference for the development of energy-saving work of hospital buildings in Wuhan area. The research methods and conclusions of this paper can provide a reference for similar public buildings.
