【摘要】:自二十世紀(jì)八十年代,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,金融業(yè)起了重要作用。中國銀行業(yè)三十年來建立了初具規(guī)模的金融數(shù)據(jù)通信網(wǎng)的基本構(gòu)架、基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了大規(guī)模業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的集中處理和統(tǒng)一管理,初步建立了面向顧客的服務(wù)性銀行的信息處理系統(tǒng)。自1984年成立以來,G銀行的發(fā)展始終伴隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,卓越的榮譽(yù)背后是信息化建設(shè)的強(qiáng)有力支撐。伴隨著銀行電子化、信息化的發(fā)展浪潮,為保證7*24小時(shí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù),自助設(shè)備在G銀行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,對(duì)于業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展也發(fā)揮了越來越大的推動(dòng)作業(yè)。隨著自助設(shè)備的廣泛使用,G銀行面臨了更多的問題和挑戰(zhàn),如何去全方面的了解自助設(shè)備的運(yùn)行情況,如何去評(píng)價(jià)自助設(shè)備的貢獻(xiàn)程度,如何去最大化的發(fā)揮自助設(shè)備的優(yōu)勢與作用是關(guān)鍵。G銀行把自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營體系建設(shè)作為全行性的管理工作,經(jīng)過多年實(shí)踐,形成了成熟自助設(shè)備管理框架,通過技術(shù)和管理手段,持續(xù)完善自助設(shè)備控制措施,提升硬控制能力,更好的推動(dòng)全行的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。但是G銀行自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理體系仍存在著缺乏統(tǒng)一全局的整體性管理規(guī)劃、缺少全集團(tuán)自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理態(tài)勢分析及統(tǒng)一視圖、故障風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件監(jiān)控不全面、缺少跨領(lǐng)域安全主動(dòng)防御、自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理考核工具種類較少、零散化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重等問題,未能真正滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展更深層次的需求。為應(yīng)對(duì)銀行業(yè)競爭的愈演愈烈,本文基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等相關(guān)理論,提出建立一套系統(tǒng)、全面、動(dòng)態(tài)、連貫的自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理平臺(tái)。實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)全行自助設(shè)備運(yùn)行態(tài)勢、事件監(jiān)控的統(tǒng)一管理、處置、分析及展現(xiàn),以企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)為核心,對(duì)大規(guī)模的運(yùn)行與業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行有效地關(guān)聯(lián)、分析和挖掘,進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的設(shè)備故障檢測,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析智能化與監(jiān)控可視化,持續(xù)識(shí)別設(shè)備風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、全面掌握業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營控制現(xiàn)狀,為全行自助設(shè)備支持人員提供工作平臺(tái),為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供決策依據(jù),構(gòu)建面向未來高業(yè)務(wù)處理能力、快速擴(kuò)展、靈活可控、集群化部署的全新自助渠道服務(wù)平臺(tái)。本文在對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘聚類分析算法進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)聚類與K-均值分析方法實(shí)現(xiàn)全省各地市自助設(shè)備交易量進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì),形成了自助設(shè)備交易模型,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)并利用G銀行全省16地市自助設(shè)備月均交易量數(shù)據(jù)集作為測試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析。本文在數(shù)據(jù)挖掘離理論的基礎(chǔ)上,形成基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理平臺(tái)的目標(biāo)定義,并根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)與運(yùn)營需求對(duì)自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理平臺(tái)進(jìn)行需求分析,并進(jìn)行自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理平臺(tái)體系架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和功能詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),制定自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理平臺(tái)的具體實(shí)施方案。最后采用分布式架構(gòu)、分布式緩存等新技術(shù),通過Java語言進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)商業(yè)銀行自助設(shè)備的持續(xù)識(shí)別、數(shù)據(jù)采集、事件監(jiān)控和維護(hù)控制,促進(jìn)G銀行自助設(shè)備運(yùn)營管理工作的持續(xù)改進(jìn)和完善,為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, the rapid development of the world economy, the financial industry has played an important role. Chinese banking industry has established the basic framework of financial data network has begun to take shape in thirty years, the basic realization of the centralized and unified management of large-scale business data, the initial establishment of an information processing system of bank customer service since 1984. Since the establishment of the Development Bank G is always accompanied by the progress of science and technology, behind the outstanding honor is a strong support of information construction. With the development of electronic banking, the tide of informatization, in order to ensure the standardization of services for 7*24 hours, self-service equipment has been widely used in the banking business development for G, also played push operation more and more. With the widely use of self-service equipment, G bank is facing more and more problems and challenges, how to understand all aspects of the self-service equipment The operation, how to evaluate the contribution of self-service equipment, how to maximize the advantages and the role of self-service equipment is the key to the construction of.G bank self-service equipment operation system as a full line of management, after years of practice, the formation of a mature self-service equipment management framework, through technology and management methods, continuous improvement the self-service equipment control measures, improve control ability, promote the full line of business development. But the G bank self-service equipment operation management system is still a lack of unified global integrity management planning, lack of complete mission situation analysis of operation management of self-service equipment and unified view, the risk of failure event monitoring is not comprehensive, lack of cross domain security initiative defense, self-service equipment operation and management assessment tool type of small, scattered and other serious problems, failed to meet the development of enterprises for deeper requirements. To deal with the banking industry competition intensified, the data mining based on related theory, proposed the establishment of a system, comprehensive, dynamic, self-service equipment operation management platform to realize the full coherence. For self-service equipment operation, unified management, event monitoring, analysis and display, with enterprises as the core business, effectively association the operation and business of large-scale data, analysis and mining equipment, real-time fault detection, data analysis and visualization intelligent monitoring, continuous risk identification equipment, a comprehensive grasp of business operation control status for self-service equipment support personnel to provide work platform, to provide decision-making basis for business development, construction of high oriented business processing future capacity, rapid expansion, flexible and controllable, a new self-service channel service platform cluster deployment. Based on the clustering analysis algorithm for in-depth analysis of data mining On the basis of descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and K- analysis method to classify statistics to achieve average transaction amount of self-service equipment across the province, formed a trading self-service equipment model, experimental design and the use of G bank self-service equipment of the province's 16 cities the average monthly trading volume data set as test data to verify the analysis. Based on the data mining from based on the theory of the formation of target definition of self-service equipment operation management platform based on data mining, and according to the needs of business and operation platform of operation management of self-service equipment needs analysis, and self-service equipment operation management platform system architecture design and detailed design of the function, the specific implementation of the program development platform of operation management the self-service equipment.
