【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)居民收入逐漸成為學(xué)術(shù)界、政府和人民群眾關(guān)注的熱點問題。關(guān)于城鄉(xiāng)居民收入的研究主要集中于兩個方面:一是城鄉(xiāng)居民收入的決定因素研究;二是城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的測算及影響因素研究。但這些研究只能籠統(tǒng)地反映城鄉(xiāng)居民收入不平等狀況及變化趨勢,不能體現(xiàn)個體收入的不平等程度。鑒于此,本研究將反映個體不平等的概念——相對剝奪引入收入不平等的研究,得到反映個體收入不平等的微觀指標(biāo)——收入剝奪。相比收入的決定因素,個體收入剝奪的決定因素可以通過影響個體收入剝奪來影響個體的福利,從而影響社會的穩(wěn)定,這是個體收入決定因素研究無法給出的結(jié)論,從這一點來說,個體收入剝奪決定因素的研究比收入本身的決定因素研究更有意義。本文首先回顧了相對剝奪概念的具體定義,并選擇合適的相對剝奪指標(biāo)測度個體收入剝奪,介紹個體收入剝奪決定因素的研究成果;其次,利用CGSS2010數(shù)據(jù)分別對我國農(nóng)村和城鎮(zhèn)居民的個體收入剝奪決定因素進行統(tǒng)計分析和計量分析,并進行對比;再次,引入結(jié)構(gòu)方程進行路徑分析,找到個體收入剝奪決定因素之間的相互作用關(guān)系和路徑;最后,基于實證結(jié)果給出更有針對性的降低我國城鄉(xiāng)居民個體收入剝奪的政策建議。本研究分為以下六個章節(jié):第一章,緒論。該部分詳細介紹了本文的研究背景、目的意義和相關(guān)概念,并對實證數(shù)據(jù)的來源進行了簡要說明,而后給出了技術(shù)路線圖,總結(jié)了全文整體的寫作脈絡(luò),并在最后指出了本文的主要創(chuàng)新點。第二章,文獻綜述。該部分梳理了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在定義相對剝奪、測度個體收入剝奪方面的研究成果,介紹了幾種個體收入剝奪測量指標(biāo),并比較了它們的優(yōu)勢和劣勢;然后,給出本文選擇的測度指標(biāo);最后,詳細介紹了個體收入剝奪決定因素的相關(guān)文獻。第三章,我國城鄉(xiāng)居民個體收入剝奪決定因素及路徑分析的研究模型,該部分詳細介紹了本文采用的方法,包括大樣本穩(wěn)健OLS模型、受限Tobit模型和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。第四章,我國城鄉(xiāng)居民個體收入剝奪決定因素的實證研究。該部分首先將樣本群體根據(jù)生活地區(qū)的不同,分成農(nóng)村居民和城鎮(zhèn)居民兩組;分別計算收入剝奪值,然后根據(jù)不同特征,分組統(tǒng)計對比結(jié)果;最后選取相應(yīng)自變量進行實證分析,并解釋結(jié)果。第五章,我國城鄉(xiāng)居民個體收入剝奪決定因素的路徑研究。根據(jù)第四章的實證分析結(jié)果,并結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻和理論,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程對我國城鄉(xiāng)居民個體收入剝奪的決定因素之間的相互關(guān)系和具體作用路徑進行探究,得到實驗結(jié)果,分析各因素對我國城鄉(xiāng)居民個體收入剝奪的直接影響和間接影響,并給出合理解釋。第六章,結(jié)論及政策建議。依據(jù)第四、五章中實證分析的結(jié)果,給出最終結(jié)論并提出降低我國城鄉(xiāng)居民個體收入剝奪的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, urban and rural residents' income has gradually become the academic community. The research on the income of urban and rural residents is mainly focused on two aspects: one is the study of the determinants of income of urban and rural residents; The second is the measurement of income gap between urban and rural residents and the study of influencing factors. However, these studies can only reflect the income inequality of urban and rural residents and the trend of change in general, not the degree of income inequality of individual. In view of this. This study will reflect the concept of individual inequality-relative deprivation into the study of income inequality, the micro-indicators of income inequality-income deprivation. Compared with income determinants. The determinants of individual income deprivation can affect individual welfare by influencing individual income deprivation, thus affecting the stability of society. This is the conclusion that individual income determinants can not give, from this point of view. The study of the determinants of individual income deprivation is more meaningful than the study of the determinants of income itself. This paper first reviews the specific definition of the concept of relative deprivation and selects appropriate relative deprivation indicators to measure individual income deprivation. Introduce the research results of the determinants of individual income deprivation; Secondly, using CGSS2010 data, the determinants of individual income deprivation of rural and urban residents in China are statistically analyzed and econometrically analyzed, and compared. Thirdly, the structural equation is introduced to analyze the path to find out the relationship and path between the determinants of individual income deprivation. Finally, based on the empirical results to give more targeted policy recommendations to reduce the income deprivation of urban and rural residents in China. This study is divided into the following six chapters: chapter one. Introduction. This part introduces the research background, purpose, significance and related concepts in detail, and gives a brief explanation of the source of empirical data, then gives a technical roadmap, summarizes the overall writing context. Finally, it points out the main innovation of this paper. Chapter two, literature review. This part combs the domestic and foreign scholars in the definition of relative deprivation, measurement of individual income deprivation research results. This paper introduces several measurement indexes of individual income deprivation, and compares their advantages and disadvantages. Then, the measure index selected in this paper is given. Finally, the paper introduces the relevant literature on the determinants of individual income deprivation in detail. Chapter three, the research model of the determinants and path analysis of individual income deprivation of urban and rural residents in China. In this part, the methods used in this paper are introduced in detail, including large sample robust OLS model, restricted Tobit model and structural equation model. Chapter 4th. An empirical study on the determinants of individual income deprivation among urban and rural residents in China. Firstly, the sample groups are divided into two groups: rural residents and urban residents according to the different living areas. The income deprivation value was calculated, and then the statistical results were compared according to different characteristics. Finally, select the corresponding independent variables for empirical analysis, and explain the results. 5th chapter, the path of the determinants of income deprivation of urban and rural residents in China. According to the empirical results of 4th chapters. Combined with relevant literature and theory, using structural equation to explore the relationship between the determinants of income deprivation of urban and rural residents in China and the specific path of action, and get the experimental results. This paper analyzes the direct and indirect effects of various factors on the individual income deprivation of urban and rural residents in China, and gives a reasonable explanation. 6th chapter, conclusions and policy recommendations. According to the results of empirical analysis in chapter 4th, five chapters. The final conclusion is given and the policy suggestions for reducing the income deprivation of urban and rural residents are put forward.
