【摘要】：在中國(guó)高速發(fā)展的今天,各種城市社會(huì)問(wèn)題不斷涌現(xiàn),提前深入的研究城市商品住宅建筑的套型設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題顯得尤為重要。所以,本文以成都市的住宅套型為對(duì)象進(jìn)行深入的研究分析。為了對(duì)成都商品住宅套型設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行全面分析,本文首先簡(jiǎn)要概述了成都商品住宅的發(fā)展歷史及現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)一步分析了影響成都商品住宅套型發(fā)展的幾點(diǎn)因素。面對(duì)成都住宅套型發(fā)展的新機(jī)遇,提出了本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,即住宅空間和儲(chǔ)藏空間的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段成都地區(qū)中小套型住宅設(shè)計(jì)方面存在的一些缺陷,提出了住宅設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化原則及要點(diǎn),并利用實(shí)例分析了如何對(duì)套內(nèi)空間進(jìn)行更為合理地分配,以及如何對(duì)各功能空間進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),包括主臥、次臥以及書(shū)房等。通過(guò)對(duì)套型住宅進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到提高住宅舒適性的目的。為進(jìn)一步滿足用戶對(duì)空間以及儲(chǔ)物的需求,進(jìn)行了儲(chǔ)藏空間的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),主要是從建筑設(shè)計(jì)的層面,并結(jié)合生活中住戶對(duì)空間的需求,以及用戶的一些常用使用習(xí)慣,對(duì)住宅中各種未被利用的空間進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)套內(nèi)空間的優(yōu)化,達(dá)到提高套內(nèi)空間使用率的目的。本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外住宅發(fā)展的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及對(duì)成都市商品住宅市場(chǎng)的調(diào)研,總結(jié)出了目前市場(chǎng)住宅套型設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)遵循的設(shè)計(jì)原則和規(guī)律,并利用實(shí)例分析了如何對(duì)住宅套型進(jìn)行相關(guān)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),為未來(lái)商品住宅套型的設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of China, a variety of urban social problems are emerging, so it is very important to study the layout design of commercial residential buildings in advance. Therefore, this article takes the Chengdu housing suite as the object carries on the thorough research and analysis. In order to carry on the comprehensive analysis to the Chengdu commercial housing suite design, this article first briefly outlines the Chengdu commodity residence development history and the present situation, and further analyzes several factors which influence the Chengdu commodity housing suite type development. In the face of the new opportunities for the development of housing suite in Chengdu, this paper puts forward the main research content of this paper, that is, the optimization design of residential space and storage space. In view of some defects in the design of small and medium sized dwelling houses in Chengdu area at present, this paper puts forward the optimization principles and main points of housing design, and analyzes how to allocate the inner space more reasonably by using an example. And how to optimize the design of each functional space, including the main bedroom, secondary bedroom and study. By optimizing the design of the suite house, the purpose of improving the comfort of the house is achieved. In order to further meet the needs of users for space and storage, the optimization design of storage space has been carried out, mainly from the architectural design level, and combined with the needs of living residents for space, as well as some common usage habits of users. The optimum design of all kinds of unused space is carried out to realize the optimization of the inner space of the house, and the purpose of increasing the utilization rate of the space in the suite is achieved. Based on the practical experience of housing development at home and abroad and the investigation of commodity housing market in Chengdu, this paper summarizes the design principles and rules that should be followed in the design of housing suite type in the present market. And how to carry on the correlation optimization design to the housing suite type is analyzed by using the example, which provides the reference for the future commercial housing suite design, and has certain practical value.
