【摘要】：建筑工程項目的質(zhì)量管理工作,應(yīng)該圍繞項目的實際情況開展,全面協(xié)調(diào)與控制,將質(zhì)量管理觀點貫穿于施工中的各個環(huán)節(jié)。經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,建設(shè)單位逐漸意識到工程項目質(zhì)量管理的重要性,但是缺乏更具體、更有效的質(zhì)量管理方法,如質(zhì)量管理成本較高、質(zhì)量管理效率不明顯等問題客觀存在。再有,當前大多數(shù)工程項目的質(zhì)量管理強調(diào)事后驗收環(huán)節(jié),事前預(yù)控措施難以落實到位。因此,缺乏完善的質(zhì)量管理制度,混淆不清的質(zhì)量管理責任、不科學的質(zhì)量管理方法等,嚴重影響施工單位的質(zhì)量管理水平。在這一大背景下,建筑行業(yè)為了在激烈的市場競爭中占有一席之地,必須加快質(zhì)量管理改革步伐,意識到提高住宅項目施工質(zhì)量管理工作的重要性,從意識、方法、技術(shù)等多角度出發(fā),強化施工質(zhì)量管理,提高質(zhì)量管理水平,具有重要意義�；谏鲜鲈�,本文以壽光市XX村改造工程項目作為實例對象,對其施工質(zhì)量管加以研究,一方面,以壽光市XX村改造工程項目的施工過程為研究對象,將項目質(zhì)量管理的理論與方法運用到具體工程項目中,對原有理論及方法進行驗證,發(fā)現(xiàn)不足并加以改進,實現(xiàn)理論與實踐的有效結(jié)合。另一方面,客觀分析壽光市XX村改造工程項目的施工質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)生問題的原因等,有針對性地提出質(zhì)量管理方法,構(gòu)建質(zhì)量管理體系,針對問題采取解決措施,有效提高壽光市XX村改造工程項目的施工質(zhì)量,引導工程管理人員、施工人員加強對質(zhì)量工作的重視,對推動建筑施工企業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。另外,本文通過系統(tǒng)性研究,獲得了質(zhì)量管理的有效方法及科學體系,能夠運用到其他住宅樓項目中,對改善住宅建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量水平,促進建筑行業(yè)長遠發(fā)展,起到借鑒與指導作用。
[Abstract]:The quality management of the construction project should be carried out around the actual situation of the project, coordinate and control in an all-round way, and the viewpoint of quality management should run through every link in the construction. After years of development, construction units gradually realize the importance of project quality management, but the lack of more specific and more effective quality management methods, such as high quality management costs, quality management efficiency is not obvious and so on. Furthermore, the quality management of most engineering projects emphasizes the acceptance after the event, and the pre-control measures are difficult to be carried out. Therefore, the lack of perfect quality management system, confusion of unclear quality management responsibility, unscientific quality management methods and so on, seriously affect the quality management level of construction units. In this context, in order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition, the construction industry must speed up the pace of quality management reform, realize the importance of improving the construction quality management of residential projects, from the awareness, methods, It is of great significance to strengthen the construction quality management and improve the quality management level. Based on the above reasons, this paper takes Shouguang XX Village Reconstruction Project as an example to study its construction quality control. On the one hand, it takes the construction process of Shouguang XX Village Reconstruction Project as the research object. This paper applies the theory and method of project quality management to the concrete project, verifies the original theory and method, finds the deficiency and improves it, and realizes the effective combination of theory and practice. On the other hand, it objectively analyzes the present situation of construction quality management and the causes of the problems in Shouguang XX Village Reconstruction Project, puts forward the quality management method, constructs the quality management system, and takes measures to solve the problems. It is of great significance to improve the construction quality of the reconstruction project of XX Village in Shouguang City and to guide the project managers and construction staff to pay more attention to the quality work in order to promote the development of the construction enterprises. In addition, through systematic research, this paper obtains the effective methods and scientific system of quality management, which can be applied to other residential building projects to improve the quality level of residential construction projects and promote the long-term development of the construction industry. Play the role of reference and guidance.
