偏心受壓冷彎薄壁槽鋼的卷邊角度優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the performance of steel structure and the ratio of steel to steel, the section size optimization of groove steel was studied. However, the optimization of crimping angle, especially under eccentric compression condition, is lacking. Taking the calculation formula of Yao-Teng eccentricity compression and genetic algorithm as an example, the angle and eccentricity of channel steel crimping are taken as design variables to find out the case of different eccentricity under different eccentricity. The crimping angle reaches the critical stress of maximum distortion buckling. Based on the finite strip analysis program, the buckling critical stress of members with different cross-section sizes under the condition of simply supported and clamped ends is calculated and analyzed, and the uniform optimal crimping angle under different eccentricity is obtained. In order to facilitate the design of engineering designers, it is suggested that the angle of crimping should be 100 擄.
